The Mission of This Role
As our
AI Success Engineer
, youâll serve as the primary technical and strategic point of
contact for our customers throughout their lifecycle. You will sit at the intersection of AI adoption, workflow design, and organizational change, helping customers move from experimentation to measurable business impact.
Youâll drive account health and adoption, ensuring technical readiness, identifying high-impact use cases, and delivering measurable value through 100mentors' offerings: both wiserwork, and AI-First Teams.
This role combines technical leadership, customer advisory, program management, and product influence. You will work closely with customers and internal teams across Growth, the GenAI Academy, and Product to drive adoption, uncover new opportunities, and continuously improve how organizations work with AI, and turn our offerings into a growth engine.

What Youâll Own
- Own a portfolio of
customer relationships
across ~10 strategic customers, 50+ teams, and 100+ annual free trials, acting as a trusted GenAI advisor and wiserwork partner. - Lead
onboarding
by managing workspace setup, integrations, meeting capture, team skills configuration, and ensuring teams are ready to get value from wiserwork. - Drive
adoption
by defining success metrics, tracking activation, and guiding teams move from experimentation to daily usage, and from conversation to artifacts. - Transform customer workflows into AI-First processes by
mapping
ways of working and designing high-impact workflows and use cases across teams like HR, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Project Management. - Enable teams to adopt AI effectively through training, playbooks, and
role-specific workflows
in partnership with the GenAI Academy team. - Turn
customer insights
into product improvements by identifying patterns, surfacing needs, and influencing the wiserwork roadmap. - Create
measurable customer outcomes
by helping teams turn meetings into clear, actionable, execution-ready deliverables and success stories. - Partner on customer growth by collaborating with Product, Growth, and GenAI Academy on
account health
, expansion opportunities, and renewals.

What we do expect is that you are already AI-native and highly proactive: someone who doesnât just use use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Make, or Zapier, but is comfortable building workflows, connecting tools together, and troubleshooting when something breaks. You use AI to amplify your capabilities, solve problems faster, and you're not intimidated by the more technical parts of the job.

Our Assessment Approach
Our process is rigorous and designed to see your
agency in action
. Through a combination of conversations, practical assignments, and an on-site final interview, we focus on understanding how you operate when there is no clear path, no perfect instructions, and no obvious answer. We also use wiserwork Skills throughout the process to assess the same principles we value in our work: structured thinking, real examples, and evidence of how you operate.
We may ask questions such as:
- What have you done in the last 90 days that nobody asked you to do?
- Tell us about a time when you had almost no instructions. What happened next?
- If we rejected you today, but you still believed this was the right role for you, what would you do over the next three months?
We are not looking for perfection - the strongest candidates are not those who know the most today. They are the ones who consistently demonstrate ownership, learn quickly, experiment, and create value in environments where the rules are still being written.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, such as Technical Account Management, Customer Success, AI Consulting, or SaaS Adoption.
- Deep, hands-on fluency with general-purpose LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), context engineering, and building custom workflows and Skills. You donât just talk about AI - you use it every day to make yourself more capable.
- Comfort leading customer discovery by mapping workflows, identifying requirements, and translating customer needs into product and workflow opportunities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language for both senior stakeholders and hands-on users.
- Proven execution and project management skills, with experience leading multi-workstream implementations and using product adoption metrics, engagement indicators, and customer feedback to drive customer outcomes.
- High ownership and adaptability in fast-paced startup environments, where rapid decisions, context switching, and evolving customer needs energize rather than drain you.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

Nice to Have
- Experience working with corporate clients, particularly in L&D, organizational transformation, consulting, or enterprise SaaS adoption.
- Familiarity with meeting intelligence, collaboration, productivity, or workflow automation tools.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/Customer Success platforms.
- Hands-on experience with programming or scripting - this isnât a coding-heavy role, but comfort exploring technical implementation details alongside our engineering team is a plus.
