We're expanding our AI Transformation Team and are looking for an experienced, proactive candidate to join as soon as possible and support our group-wide AI transformation initiative helping us stay at the forefront of AI-driven productivity.

This role, based at our Headquarters in Zurich-West (hybrid work is a given), is critical in helping all global internal teams unlock their efficiency potential, enhance decision-making, and embed AI into daily workflows.

You will focus on identifying impactful use cases, embedding AI into how we work, training internal teams, and helping us become a Customer Zero reference for Microsoft.

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborate with departments to identify, document, and technically implement high-impact AI use cases across our organization
  • Turn prioritized use cases from the AI transformation roadmap into working prototypes and production-ready solutions
  • Design and deliver onboarding, workshops, and hands-on training sessions tailored to various teams and roles
  • Track usage metrics, adoption rates, and report on AI usage impact across the organization
  • Support internal communication and efforts to guide teams through the cultural and operational shift toward AI adoption
  • Ensure responsible use of AI aligned with company policies, data security, and compliance standards

What we are looking for

  • Background in Business Information Systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik) combined with in-depth technical understanding would be a great advantage
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, or AI technology adoption/ integration roles, with focus on best practices over all departments- mandatory
  • Deep expertise of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Microsoft AI stack including Microsoft Azure AI & Cognitive Services
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, LLM integration, agent frameworks, and MCP integrations
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, ethical AI use, and responsible AI principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business value
  • Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
  • AI & ML Skills: Experience with full model lifecycle, including feature engineering, data preprocessing, evaluation, AutoML/low-code AI, A/B testing, experimentation, benchmarking, and work with generative AI/LLMs
  • Prompt Engineering & Fine-Tuning
    :
    Advanced prompt design, optimization, context management, template-based prompting, integrating external knowledge, dataset preparation, Azure OpenAI fine-tuning workflows, hyperparameter tuning, and version control for prompts and experiments
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, semantic search, custom model deployment, API management, and responsible AI/bias mitigation
