  Typical annual salary offers range from £85,797 to £151,436 in London and from €66,065 to €107,837 elsewhere in Europe. The lower end of these ranges applies to candidates with little or no relevant experience, while exceptionally experienced candidates may receive offers of up to £316,052 in London or €240,330 elsewhere in Europe. Candidates offered a permanent contract may choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.

Integrations Engineer (Mid)

We are looking for an Integrations Engineer to help scale and evolve our integration platform. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building robust, reusable, and scalable integrations across a wide range of external systems.

You will work directly with the Integration Lead to implement and extend an existing Service-Oriented Architecture, contributing to a platform that supports logistics, freight, and operational systems at scale.

What you'll do

· Develop integrations using event-driven and message-based patterns (Azure Service Bus, pub/sub)

· Contribute to reusable integration components and automation patterns to reduce duplication and increase delivery speed

· Build and maintain adapters (inbound) and connectors (outbound) across multiple external systems

· Implement integrations following established architectural principles and best practices

· Collaborate on improving integration patterns, reliability, and scalability

· Debug and resolve integration issues across distributed systems (API, messaging, data)

· Work across a wide range of:

o Protocols (REST, messaging, file-based)

o Data formats (JSON, XML, CSV, others)

· Participate in shaping the next evolution of the platform (e.g. event-driven expansion, protobuf adoption, durable workflows)

Tech environment

· Azure (core focus):

o Service Bus (queues, topics/subscriptions)

o SQL (querying, debugging)

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced
SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) - Python
to join our QA team. You will work with world class specialists in a friendly, supportive and open-minded environment on challenging goals that will help you to grow professionally and achieve new technical levels. This role will focus on improving and monitoring product quality via test automation framework development and test coverage extension for functional and performance suits. You will work with the most valuable part of the product - a Forex brokerage core. If you enjoy working with pure API, Python, cutting-edge technologies, Kafka and AWS, this role is for you.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Work in close cooperation with the development team to enhance software delivery and quality throughout the entire software development cycle
• Understand and translate high level business requirements to technical requirements
• Advise on efficient performance testing strategies for enhancing delivery and quality throughout the full software development cycle
• Develop formal test procedures and test plans from internal product design documentation as well as from external certification requirements
• Design, develop and modify functional and performance automation tests
• Design and implement test automation framework, required libraries and auto-tests
• Develop emulators for mobile testing
• Build CI/CD pipelines and integrate automation scripts into CI tools
• Manage any issues that may arise and drive resolutions throughout the testing process
• Share technical expertise with the rest of the QA team
• Actively participate in the Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle

Main requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
• 3+ years of comprehensive experience in quality assurance
• 2+ years of practical experience in Python development
• Strong hands-on experience in designing and developing automated tests using Python
• Strong technical background
• Experience in testing REST API
• Confident knowledge of Git
• Experience in agile software development methodologies and testing procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Very good written and verbal skills in English
