Founded at Station F by Sara, a financial engineer with 9+ years in regulatory risk, and Sawsen, a PhD in computer vision with experience at Cisco’s Innovation Lab, ShareID combines deep expertise in security, AI, and digital identity.

Au sein de l'équipe Produit, rattaché·e à Simon, Product Manager, vous êtes garant·e de la qualité de l'ensemble de nos mises en production et vous accompagnez le cycle de delivery de bout en bout.

Nos produits opèrent dans un environnement réglementé et adverse : une anomalie non détectée se traduit par un parcours client interrompu ou par une tentative de fraude non bloquée. L'objectif de l'équipe est de zéro bug critique en production.

La répartition du poste est d'environ 65 % qualité et 35 % produit.

L'équipe travaille en AI-first : Claude/ChatGPT/Cursor font partie de notre outillage quotidien, pour la génération de scénarios de test, la rédaction et la revue de spécifications, et la production de code d'automatisation. L'attendu n'est pas d'exécuter à la main ce qu'un modèle produit en trente secondes, mais de savoir quoi lui demander et de juger ce qui revient.

Vous Allez
Construire et maintenir le référentiel de tests de ShareID :

cartographie des parcours critiques,
rédaction et maintenance des scénarios de test fonctionnels,
suivi de la couverture de test comme métrique produit.

Automatiser La Majeure Partie De Ces Scénarios

développement et maintenance des tests automatisés intégrés à la CI,
conversion de chaque anomalie de production en test de non-régression,
tests des API publiques : contrats, cas limites, gestion des erreurs.

Sécuriser Chaque Release

exécution de la campagne de tests manuels sur le périmètre non automatisé,
reproduction, qualification et documentation des anomalies avec l'équipe technique,
validation de la mise en production.

Piloter la delivery et préparer les fonctionnalités :

tenue et priorisation du backlog,
rédaction des spécifications et des user stories avec critères d'acceptation testables,
définition du plan de tracking et vérification de la collecte,
contribution aux parcours utilisateurs et au design UI.

Exploiter L'IA Sur L'ensemble Du Périmètre

utilisation de Claude/ChatGPT pour générer, réviser et étendre la couverture de test,
construction des prompts et workflows réutilisables par l'équipe,
veille et diffusion des outils et pratiques émergents.

Profil recherché

Formation Bac+4/5 en cours : école d'ingénieur, informatique, product management, ou école de commerce avec une appétence tech confirmée.

Deux qualités sont déterminantes sur ce poste :

Rigueur : capacité à dérouler méthodiquement un référentiel de test complet, attention au détail, vérification systématique.
Curiosité : goût pour la compréhension du fonctionnement interne des systèmes, appétence pour l'expérimentation de nouveaux outils et modèles.

Bonne Maîtrise De

l'expression écrite : un cas de test ambigu ou une user story imprécise génèrent des allers-retours coûteux ;
l'environnement tech : lecture de code, compréhension d'une API REST, usage d'un terminal, écriture de requêtes SQL.

Une appétence pour l'automatisation, y compris via des LLM, est attendue.

Anglais : niveau professionnel à l'écrit (indispensable). Français : courant.

Aucune expérience préalable en QA n'est requise : la montée en compétence fait partie du contrat d'alternance.

Process de recrutement

Étape 2 : Cas pratique d'environ une heure.

Restitution du cas pratique avec Simon.
Retour sous 48 heures. Chaque candidature reçoit une réponse argumentée.

Your Mission
Who we are
Immoweb is Belgium's leading real estate portal, part of AVIV Group, Europe's largest network of digital real estate marketplaces. Every month, hundreds of thousands of people use our iOS app to search, save, and get alerted about the properties that matter to them. We're currently modernising our native codebase — moving from an older UIKit/MVVM stack to a leaner, more testable Swift 6 architecture — while keeping the app running reliably for our existing user base.

The Seeker squad
You'll join Seeker, a full-stack squad (iOS, Android, Web, Backend, Design) that owns the end-to-end property search and discovery experience: search, filters, saved searches and alerts, and the property detail page. We work in close collaboration with product and design, ship through CI/CD, and care about shipping quality features that scale to hundreds of thousands of daily users.

What You'll Do

Design and build native iOS features for the Immoweb app, working closely with our Android, Web, Backend, and Design counterparts on shared feature sets.
Contribute to our ongoing migration from UIKit/legacy patterns to SwiftUI, @Observable, and Point-Free's modular architecture libraries.
Write clean, testable code (XCTest / Swift Testing) and review your teammates' work.
Continuously improve app quality, performance, and stability for a large, active user base.
Ship through our CI/CD pipeline in close collaboration with product managers.
Be a driving force behind new features — search relevance, alerts, personalisation — and technical improvements alike.
Share knowledge with the team and help raise the bar on iOS engineering practices across Immoweb.

What You Bring

Solid, hands-on experience building production iOS apps in Swift, ideally including Swift 6 and iOS 18.
Strong SwiftUI experience; comfort with @Observable and modern state management patterns.
Good understanding of Swift Concurrency (async/await); exposure to RxSwift is a plus, as parts of our codebase are mid-migration.
Familiarity with, or willingness to adopt, Point-Free's à la carte libraries (swift-dependencies, swift-sharing, swift-navigation, swift-case-paths).
Experience consuming RESTful APIs; familiarity with Moya is a plus.
A solid grasp of software architecture and Clean Architecture principles.
Basic knowledge of unit and UI testing (XCTest / Swift Testing).
Comfort working with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub).
Excellent communication skills; you're a team player who shares knowledge openly.
English is mandatory; French or Dutch are strong assets given our Belgian market.

Nice to have

Experience with Swift Package Manager.
Familiarity with the Composable Architecture (TCA) or similar unidirectional architectures.
Experience with A/B testing and product analytics/tracking.
Experience with Bitrise or similar CI/CD tooling.
Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
Experience contributing to or consuming a design system.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence; experience working in Scrum.
