  • Provide technical support and guidance to our customers
  • Contribute to our codebases in AI for customer-specific solutions
  • Drive fast iteration loops: diagnose failures, propose fixes, coordinate experiments, and validate improvements
  • Coordinate across internal teams (AI, robotics, product) and the customer to unblock execution and keep timelines on track
  • Define and track KPIs (robustness, success rate, cycle time, uptime), and report progress transparently to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Relevant experience applying AI/ML systems in real-world environments (e.g. deploying models, running experiments, working with production data)

  • Experience working directly with industrial customers (e.g. automotive, logistics, manufacturing) and operating in production environments

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a total compensation package including a competitive yearly base salary and a strong stock option package to make you part of our shared success.

You will have the opportunity to
shape a robotics & AI company from the ground up
. In flat hierarchies you will work directly with the founders and some of the best talents in the robotics space. At mimic, you are accepted for who you are. As part of our ongoing journey towards creating a diverse and inclusive environment we encourage everyone to apply and we are looking forward to you bringing along your knowledge, personal experiences, and fresh perspectives.
