We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to establish and drive BI & Analytics best practices across the enterprise. This role will shape the future of scalable analytics products, enterprise semantic modeling, and AI-enabled analytical capabilities within Teva’s BI Center of Excellence (CoE).

The Senior Manager will define standards, enable reusable capabilities, lead innovative initiatives, and ensure governance excellence across BI & Analytics platforms. This role combines strategy, architecture leadership, innovation, and enterprise enablement to accelerate value realization from data and AI investments

How You’ll Spend Your Day
Strategy & Roadmap Leadership

  • Define and execute the enterprise BI & Analytics best practices strategy aligned with business and IT objectives.
  • Establish a scalable roadmap for modern analytics.
  • Partner with business and technology leadership to define and maintain high-impact reference architectures.
  • Drive standardization and enterprise alignment across domains.

Enterprise Capability Enablement

  • Design and govern standardized BI design patterns and architectural blueprints.
  • Develop and maintain a curated templates and accelerators library.
  • Own and govern certified visuals and reusable analytical components.
  • Enable scalable self-service analytics under defined governance guardrails.

Enterprise Semantic Layer Ownership

  • Own and evolve the enterprise semantic layer strategy and architecture.
  • Ensure a consistent single source of truth across analytical domains.
  • Lead certification processes for semantic models and datasets.
  • Drive enterprise-wide model standardization and reuse.

Governance & Quality Excellence

  • Establish and enforce BI architecture and solution governance frameworks.
  • Define quality standards, performance optimization guidelines, and review processes.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance and security standards.
  • Drive solution optimization and cost efficiency across platforms.

Community & Adoption Leadership

  • Enable domain teams to build high-quality local data products within defined governance standards.
  • Lead and grow the BI & Analytics Community of Practice.
  • Develop and maintain an enterprise BI & Analytics playbook for common use cases and patterns.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in data modeling and analytics.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Azure Databricks
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • SQL and Python
  • Deep understanding of multidimensional and semantic modeling concepts.
  • Proven experience in solution optimization, performance tuning, and enterprise-scale analytics architecture.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing global teams and working with external vendors.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to combine hands-on technical leadership with enterprise-level thinking.

Who you’ll work with:

You will work with PwC Consulting teams across Southeast Europe, with a primary focus on supporting Digital practice and relevant digital, data and AI transformation engagements in other industries. You will collaborate with PwC strategy consultants, technology specialists, data & AI teams, cybersecurity experts, regional and global PwC product teams, hyperscalers and client IT teams.

What
you’ll do:

  • Help clients identify where PwC’s Agentic AI and digital solutions can create measurable business value
  • Translate business use cases into practical solution designs, workflows and implementation roadmaps
  • Support the configuration, integration and deployment of Agentic AI, data and digital solutions
  • Assess client technology landscapes, IT, OT, data and infrastructure with stronger focus on consumer industry technology stack
  • Define key architecture requirements across applications, data, integrations, cloud, security, privacy and AI governance
  • Contribute to proposals, effort estimates, delivery plans and technical assumptions
  • Identify technical dependencies, integration risks and implementation constraints

What we expect from you:

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in solution architecture, technology consulting, enterprise architecture, data platforms, cloud, AI solutions or systems integration
  • Experience supporting implementation of enterprise technology, data, digital or AI solutions
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
  • Knowledge of data architecture, APIs, systems integration, security and identity-management principles
  • Know how on generative AI, AI agents, intelligent workflows, automation or responsible-AI principles
  • Ability to explain technical topics in clear business language
  • Strong client-facing, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience in change management, facilitation, navigating through complex organization and ability to own process until the value realization
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel across the SEE region when needed

Experience in retail, consumer goods, FMCG, e-commerce, supply chain, pricing, procurement or customer operations is an essential advantage. Understanding of financial and energy industry is considered as an additional plus.

The Role

We are looking for a Technical Consultant (SQL) to join our growing team in Croatia. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with a consultative mindset, working closely with developers, business analysts and clients to deliver robust HR technology solutions.

You will play a key role in designing, implementing and optimising SQL-based solutions, supporting system integrations and helping customers maximise the value of the HRnet platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain technical solutions within the HRnet application
  • Create and optimise SQL procedures, scripts and database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server
  • Support system integrations and data migration projects for new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with developers, consultants and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and support phases
