Product Engineer for AI Growth

Adobe

Baselfulltime

Apply on the employer's site

Role description

THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you an AI-native engineer who wants to own the full build–measure–learn loop for a product at the frontier of AI discovery? The Adobe Brand Visibility team builds the systems that determine how enterprise brands appear in ChatGPT, Gemini, and the next generation of AI agents. In this role you'll sit with customers, prototype with them in real time, ship the features they need, and build the growth funnel that tells you what to build next. We move fast, build AI-native, and measure success in real customer outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Partner directly with customers — run technical discovery and rapidly prototype solutions with them to validate ideas
  • Own features end-to-end for Brand Visibility, from spec through validation, across backend services, data pipelines, and frontend where it's needed
  • Build and instrument the PLG growth loops that connect Brand Visibility to Adobe platforms, CRM, marketing, customer success, and reporting tools — so activation, retention, and expansion are measured, not guessed
  • Read the funnel to find where growth is constrained — then build what removes that bottleneck
  • Design and implement API- and MCP-level integrations that ingest and correlate data across systems
  • Work AI-native across your whole workflow — spec-driven development, validation criteria written before implementation, and guardrails that catch mistakes before they ship
  • Help shape the team's AI engineering standards and mentor other engineers

What You Need To Succeed

  • 4+ years building and shipping production software as a generalist — strong in backend, comfortable in frontend, fluent in more than one language
  • You already work AI-native — hands-on with tools like Codex or Claude Code, applied across your full workflow rather than just autocomplete
  • You can take an ambiguous customer problem and turn it into a working prototype quickly
  • Enough fluency with product and usage data — analytics, data modeling, funnel metrics, reporting — to build the PLG funnel and read what it's telling you
  • Working knowledge of PLG concepts — activation, retention, expansion, churn, segmentation, PQLs, product-led enterprise conversion — so you can connect what you build to how it grows
  • Experience with cloud platforms and solid DevOps fundamentals

About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience
The Lead Forward Deployed Engineer is part of Salesforce's delivery organisation, responsible for designing, building, and deploying agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. In this role, you will lead a delivery pod — partnering closely with a Deployment Strategist to co-build solutions that go live in production environments from day one, spanning configuration, customisation, and full-stack deployment across some of the largest enterprises in the world.

We are looking for a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer who brings a builder mindset, deep production-grade engineering experience, and the ability to lead complex technical deliveries — someone who ships quality code, mentors fellow engineers, and leaves customer teams more capable after every engagement.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Lead the design and build of AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organisations — owning complex technical components end-to-end from architecture choice through to deployed, validated, and observable in production, including agent intelligence design, prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems.
  • Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms, and oversee agent performance dashboards and customer Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.
  • Lead Proofs of Concept (PoC) and Minimum Viable Products (MVP) that move from concept to deployable in days — co-building alongside customers and partners, sharing best practices, and enabling customer and partner teams as you go.
  • Serve as a senior technical voice in your pod — surfacing platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to product teams, mentoring junior engineers, and partnering with the Deployment Strategist to translate complex customer business challenges into agentic solutions that actually ship.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 7 or more years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with multiple production systems you can walk us through — ideally in an AI technology stack, full-stack development, or working with frontier Large Language Models (LLMs) at scale.
  • You have extensive customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering, and are fluent in two or more of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
  • You have deep hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, expert-level understanding of data modelling, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and integration patterns, and the ability to lead technical conversations with customer architects and executive stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English and at least one of German or French (spoken and written), and are excited to travel approximately 25% of the time, working directly alongside customers in a fast-moving, build-oriented environment.

Even Better If...

  • You hold multiple Salesforce platform certifications such as Platform Developer I, Agentforce Specialist, or Architect-level credentials, and have deep familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex and orchestration patterns.
  • You have expert-level experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery, and a strong track record across specialist AI delivery areas including data engineering, platform architecture, or headless deployments.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and
be your best
, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can
do your best
. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.

Senior Product Security Engineer

Apply on the employer's site

Role description

As a Senior Product Security Engineer, you will join our team of talented professionals dedicated to embedding continuous and seamless security into our engineering processes. You will contribute to the development and implementation of our Secure Software Development Lifecycle (S-SDLC), working across multiple technical teams to enhance our security posture.

About The Role
In this role, you will promote secure-by-design architectures and implementations across all phases of our S-SDLC for our products and platforms.

There are many ways to achieve this, but it usually starts by defining what strong security looks like — reviewing the state of the art and industry best practices, and translating them into security requirements, practical guidance, and processes with built-in governance and measurable outcomes.

You will also work with your peers to deliver security at scale through tooling, agentic systems, data pipelines and automation to accelerate the identification and remediation of risk while reducing noise and friction for engineers. Because broad, scaled approaches do not always address the specific needs of product teams, you will also partner directly with specific product groups as their trusted security advisor.

You will support threat modeling sessions and secure code reviews to identify risk and provide actionable feedback. This includes securing our AI-based systems and products, an area where the threat landscape is evolving quickly and your input will directly shape how we respond. Over time, you will build strong relationships with your assigned product groups while also collaborating across software engineering, platform engineering, QA, and operations.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping ensure our products and applications meet the highest security standards to protect our customers.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering or application security.
  • Passionate about information security with a curious and open mind, willing to understand problems and translate ideas into solutions.
  • Proven analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex security challenges using defensive, offensive, and builder mindsets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex security concepts to diverse and cross-functional audiences.
  • Bias towards sharing knowledge and learnings with individuals, a team or a broader community.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of core security principles (cryptography, authentication, authorization, cloud, network, etc.).
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate common security vulnerabilities in web applications, APIs, cloud environments, and AI systems — at both design and implementation levels.
  • Experience conducting security-focused threat modeling and code reviews across multiple technology stacks and programming languages.
  • Knowledge of software engineering principles with experience designing, implementing and deploying secure systems, aligned with secure by design and secure by default principles.
  • Experience using and interpreting the output of software security tools (SAST, SCA, DAST;fuzzers a plus).
  • Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP).
  • Understanding of containerization (Docker) and container platforms (Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in writing code, tests, deployment logic, and API integrations. Any programming language welcomed.

What’s in it For You?

  • Hybrid Work Model: We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment (2-3 days a week in the office depending on the role) for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.
  • Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset. This builds upon our flexible work arrangements, including work from anywhere for up to 8 weeks per year, empowering employees to achieve a better work-life balance.
  • Career Development and Growth: By fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development, we prepare our talent to tackle tomorrow’s challenges and deliver real-world solutions. Our Grow My Way programming and skills-first approach ensures you have the tools and knowledge to grow, lead, and thrive in an AI-enabled future.
  • Industry Competitive Benefits: We offer comprehensive benefit plans to include flexible vacation, two company-wide Mental Health Days off, access to the Headspace app, retirement savings, tuition reimbursement, employee incentive programs, and resources for mental, physical, and financial wellbeing.
  • Culture: Globally recognized, award-winning reputation for inclusion and belonging, flexibility, work-life balance, and more. We live by our values: Obsess over our Customers, Compete to Win, Challenge (Y)our Thinking, Act Fast / Learn Fast, and Stronger Together.
  • Social Impact: Make an impact in your community with our Social Impact Institute. We offer employees two paid volunteer days off annually and opportunities to get involved with pro-bono consulting projects and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
  • Making a Real-World Impact: We are one of the few companies globally that helps its customers pursue justice, truth, and transparency. Together, with the professionals and institutions we serve, we help uphold the rule of law, turn the wheels of commerce, catch bad actors, report the facts, and provide trusted, unbiased information to people all over the world.
