¿Cómo será tu día a día?

  • Análisis estratégico: Traducir problemas de negocio ambiguos en preguntas analíticas claras y accionables.
  • Reporteo y Dashboards: Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener dashboards y reportes de alto impacto (ej. Power BI, Tableau) para presentar hallazgos a la dirección y clientes.
  • Ciencia de datos aplicada: Desarrollar análisis exploratorios (EDA), modelos predictivos o descriptivos alineados a objetivos comerciales.
  • Gestión de proyectos y comunicación: Presentar resultados e Insights a audiencias tanto técnicas como de negocio, asegurando que las recomendaciones se implementen.
  • Gobierno y calidad de datos: Trabajar con equipos de ingeniería para garantizar la precisión, consistencia y estructuración de los datos.

¿Qué te hará triunfar en esta posición?

  • Experiencia: De 2 a 4 años de experiencia en roles de Data Science, Business Analytics o Data Analytics.
  • Background en Consultoría: Experiencia previa en consultoría estratégica, de negocios o de tecnología (altamente deseable).
  • Habilidades técnicas:
  • Dominio de Python o R para análisis de datos y modelado.
  • Dominio avanzado de SQL para extracción y transformación de datos.
  • Experiencia sólida en herramientas de BI / Visualización (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Habilidades blandas (Soft Skills):
  • Pensamiento estructurado: Capacidad para desglosar problemas complejos en etapas lógicas y manejables.
  • Comunicación efectiva: Habilidad para "contar historias con datos" (Data Storytelling) adaptadas a diferentes niveles de la organización.
  • Autonomía y orientación a resultados: Proactividad para proponer soluciones sin depender de especificaciones ultra detalladas.

Como
Becario de Supply Chain
apoyarás en el diseño e implementación de un modelo automatizado de integración y procesamiento de datos mediante la extracción, transformación y consolidación (ETL) de información proveniente de ERP (BPCS), archivos Excel y sistemas externos, con el fin de generar reportes de cumplimiento del área de manera automática y estandarizada. El proyecto contempla el desarrollo de herramientas en Excel (macros) y Power BI para la visualización dinámica de KPIs, Asegurando consistencia, trazabilidad y disponibilidad oportuna de la información para la toma de decisiones.

¿Qué harás?
Extracción y consolidación de datos desde ERP (BPCS), Excel y sistemas externos en una base centralizada.

Depuración, validación y estandarización de información para asegurar calidad y consistencia de datos.

Desarrollo de automatizaciones en Excel (macros) para la generación de reportes de cumplimiento.

Creación de dashboards interactivos en Power BI para visualización de KPIs de Supply Chain.

Documentación de procesos, modelos de datos y reportes desarrollados para asegurar su continuidad.

Cualificaciones requeridas
Estudiante activo a partir del 6° semestre en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería en Computación, Tecnologías de la información o afín.

Conocimientos en Excel (macros), Power BI

Idiomas : inglés intermedio.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSOCIATE

As an Associate, you are responsible for completing deliverables assigned to you, while ensuring zero defects. You must actively participate in and contribute towards brainstorming of solutions, work planning and conducting thorough quality checks of work done by other team members, if needed. You must keep the project leader/ Manager updated on the case progress while at the same time highlighting roadblocks. You could also be responsible for communicating insights and present answers derived from analysis to case and/or practice teams

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Case delivery: Quantitative research/ Surveys

  • Prepare research designs, sampling plans, and survey instruments for both B2B and B2C surveys
  • Provide inputs to stakeholders on best approach, vendor choice and cost overview of the projects
  • Deliver end-to-end on research projects, including, case team briefing, fieldwork monitoring, fraud/ quality control, maintaining vendor relationships and reporting
  • Conduct survey data analytics to identify patterns and trends using tools like MS Excel
  • Perform thorough quality checks in their work including pressure-testing the insights
  • Create high-quality presentations, dashboards, and written outputs by leveraging rigorous data analysis and synthesizing insights across project workstreams to directly address key hypotheses

Case delivery: Qualitative research

  • Conduct primary research interviews and calls with senior stakeholders (e.g., CXOs, functional leaders, industry experts) and synthesize the insights
  • Manage set-up and delivery of AI-led/ enabled interviews and synthesis of insights

Beyond case delivery

  • Stay ahead of latest industry trends and new tools and technologies in quantitative primary research
  • Motivate team members, boost team morale and exhibit role model behavior
  • Facilitate cross-sharing of learning/knowledge and tools within and across teams
  • Leverage opportunities to provide training, coaching and mentoring to fellow team members

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field with a strong academic performance and 0-2 years of relevant experience in a global multinational corporation, with exposure to management consulting and business analytics, or an MBA/ post-graduate with 0-3 years of relevant experience (consulting background preferred)
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Learning agility to internalize new ways of working, pick new analytical tools, and adapt to ever changing project expectations and client needs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate clearly, and present to senior stakeholder
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, SPSS and AI tools is a plus
  • Prior exposure to quantitative research in CP&R, technology, or healthcare is preferred
  • Prior exposure to primary qualitative research is a plus but not mandatory

Based in Mexico City (CDMX), you will contribute to the firm by developing analysis and conveying insights to enhance clients’ decision making. You will play an active role in all aspects of client engagement: helping identify issues, forming hypotheses, conducting analysis, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations.

The successful applicants will combine technical strength with a strong track record of leadership, dedication, and performance in team-oriented environments. Successful candidates will work in a dynamic, and intellectually stimulating, yet supportive environment.
