We are looking for a mid-level C# Developer join our IT team . The successful candidate will work on core systems related to trading, portfolio management, and regulatory reporting, contributing to the enhancement of existing platforms and the development of new solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications within the .NET (C#) environment.
  • Design, develop, and manage Microsoft SQL Server databases.
  • Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance.
  • Integrate internal and external systems through APIs, REST services, and financial data feeds.
  • Collaborate with business teams, including Trading, Risk Management, and Compliance.
  • Support release management and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in software development using C# / .NET.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience in relational database design and development.
  • Familiarity with service-oriented architectures (REST APIs, microservices).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably within an investment firm (SIM).
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as SSRS and Power BI.
  • Experience with trading systems or financial instruments management platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

An employment contract is offered under the Italian Banking Collective Agreement (CCNL Credito) and Intermonte’s Company Benefits Regulation.

The starting gross annual salary is 35.685. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component

Mission
In this role, you will support licensed engineers in various engineering projects under direct customer control. You will assist in drafting technical specifications, reports, and other necessary tasks related to engineering management activities. Additionally, you will use computer-assisted engineering and design software, perform field activities and ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist with Engineering Projects: Support licensed engineers in the preparation of design calculations, drafting, and designing Engineering projects.
  • Technical Documentation: Provide assistance in writing Technical specifications, reports, and conducting inspections and studies under the supervision of licensed engineers.
  • Computer-Assisted Engineering: Utilize Computer-Assisted Engineering and design or integrate software and equipment to perform various Engineering tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Field Work and Maintenance: perform fieldwork tasks such as obtaining Field information, checking installations, troubleshooting, and participating in equipment and system Maintenance and repair.
  • Safety and Security: Observe Safety and Security procedures at all times, report potentially unsafe conditions, and ensure the proper use of equipment and materials.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

  • Entry-level experience required.
  • Understanding of engineering principles, methodologies and tools specific to the discipline.

Compensation Data
The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with

and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role.In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
