Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Coordinates, monitors and optimizes digital performance and awareness campaigns based on business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Media Planning & Channel Performance: Participates in design of the media plan, ensuring alignment between media channels, audiences, campaign messaging (creatives and landing pages) and conversion objective
- Audience & Campaign Experimentation: Designs audiences and leverages A/B testing, creatives and new formats to optimize digital campaigns and the digital touchpoints directly connected to the campaign-to-conversion journey
- Performance Analytics & Insights: Analyzes campaign performance, creates reports and transforms data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Media Efficiency & Best Practices: Monitors developments in digital advertising and proposes new practices and opportunities to improve the efficiency and performance of media investments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute in Communication, Marketing, Economics or Information Technology
- Master’s degree in Communication or Marketing will be considered an additional qualification
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a Performance Marketing and/or Digital Campaign Expert and/or Digital Media role
- Experience in the Energy, Technology, Telecommunications, Banking and/or Agency sector will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager and/or DV360 will be considered an additional qualification
- Understanding of SEO/SEM principles and Audience Strategy (custom audiences, remarketing, lookalikes) will be considered an additional qualification
- Familiarity with Tagging, UTMs, GTM and data governance practices will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of Brand Safety, Ad Verification and Attribution Models will be considered an additional qualification
- Understanding of GDPR and data privacy policies will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of Campaign Manager 360 and/or Google Analytics (GA4) and/or Looker Studio and/or Power BI will be considered an additional qualification
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
- Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
