Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Data Warehouse (DWH) solutions.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes for loading and transforming data from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain SQL-based data models and data pipelines.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server solutions.
• Create and maintain SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages.

Requirements
Must Have

• Experience designing and developing Data Warehouse (DWH) solutions.
• Solid experience with ETL / ELT processes.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Excellent SQL / T-SQL skills.
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Experience using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Good knowledge of Python for automation and data processing.
• Understanding of data modeling and database optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake is highly preferred.

The Role:

The Data Science team at XM is seeking a skilled Senior Data Engineer with a strong background in data science. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing, building, and maintaining data infrastructure and pipelines that support machine learning models and large-scale analytics.
