Descriptif du poste

Le projet “Immersion” a pour ambition de développer une
médiathèque de contenus thématiques autour de l’orientation professionnelle
. L’objectif est d’offrir un accès gratuit et universel à des ressources immersives et engageantes, adaptées au contexte socioculturel de chaque utilisateur, afin de réduire les barrières des déterminismes sociaux, géographiques ou de genre.

Position dans l’équipe
: Tu seras le premier AI Engineer, référent sur les sujets IA dans l’entreprise. Ton interlocuteur et manager sera le CTPO, et tu travailleras avec les équipes Data et Produit.

Mode de management ?
Un management direct avec ton manager, un suivi régulier avec les équipes, des objectifs semestriels individuels.

Ton rôle consistera à transformer des concepts de recherche en solutions opérationnelles et scalables, en te concentrant sur l’implémentation pratique des technologies d’IA pour le projet “Immersion”.

  • Concevoir et développer des pipelines de traitement vidéo et audio automatisés : Mettre en place des solutions robustes pour le traitement de données à l'échelle.
  • Implémenter des solutions de traitement du langage naturel (NLP) avec des techniques d'intelligence artificielle. Une partie concernant l'IA générative. :
  • Identifier et exploiter des informations pertinentes grace à la recherche sémantique et l’enrichissement terminologique.
  • Utiliser des techniques de prompt engineering et de fine-tuning pour adapter les modèles de langage aux besoins spécifiques du projet, en partant d’une approche par prompting avant un entraînement plus poussé.
  • Assurer la qualité et la modération du contenu :
  • Développer un système de surveillance et des agents de contrôle qualité pour évaluer la pertinence, la cohérence et la qualité des contenus générés à large échelle.
  • Mettre en place des “guardrails” pour encadrer les requêtes de recherche et les réponses générées par les LLM, ainsi que des filtres de sécurité et de modération des contenus.
  • Contribuer à l’innovation continue et à la recherche appliquée : Explorer des solutions de contextualisation des transcriptions et l’intégration de graphes de connaissance pour enrichir la compréhension des LLM. Développer des outils internes pour les data scientists afin de faciliter l’expérimentation, l’analyse des données et l’itération sur les modèles.

Profil recherché

Tu as une
première expérience significative dans le développement logiciel appliqué à l’intelligence artificielle,
avec une approche centrée sur la mise en œuvre pratique plutôt que sur la recherche théorique.

Ta mission sera de
construire, déployer et optimiser des outils qui exploitent les technologies IA
, afin de permettre le bon fonctionnement d’expériences de génération avancée (Video, NLP, Sémantique).

Ton Profil

  • Diplôme de niveau Master (ou équivalent), idéalement en informatique, ingénierie logicielle ou domaine connexe.
  • Maîtrise de Python indispensable, Ruby et Javascript peuvent être un plus, pour s’intégrer à nos applications existantes;
  • Expertise en IA Générative : .tu as déjà construit des solutions s'appuyant sur des modèles de langage (prompt engineering, embeddings, recherche sémantique / RAG) et tu sais aller au-delà. Une expérience de fine-tuning est appréciée mais n'est pas un prérequis.
  • Data science : bases solides en apprentissage supervisé et non supervisé, évaluation de modèles, conception d'expérimentations et définition de métriques de qualité. Familiarité avec des frameworks comme PyTorch ou TensorFlow.
  • Expérience en outillage IA : gestion de données sémantiques, utilisation d’embeddings, construction et déploiement d’agents.
  • Cloud : une première expérience cloud est attendue. Capacité à s’intégrer dans une organisation cloud existante et à travailler sur l’optimisation des coûts.
  • Orienté résultats et impact sociétal: Capacité à transformer des défis techniques en solutions pratiques avec une approche itérative, en gardant à l’esprit les objectifs d’impact social et d’orientation du projet.
  • Autonomie et collaboration: Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec les équipes techniques, les partenaires, et potentiellement des chercheurs (laboratoires, thésards).
  • Curiosité Innovation et Adaptabilité: goût pour l’exploration de nouvelles technologies et la résolution de problèmes complexes. A l’aise dans des environnements technologiques en évolution rapide.
  • Sensibilité aux enjeux éthiques et légaux: Une compréhension et une sensibilité aux problématiques éthiques, légales et de modération liées à l’IA, à la confidentialité des données et à l’authenticité des témoignages.
  • Français courant requis (tous les échanges internes/externes se font dans cette langue)

  • Design and improve data pipelines.

Candidates offered a permanent contract may choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.

About The Role

  • Architect AI Solutions:

This role
The AI and Automation Analyst is responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI-powered solutions and automations that streamline processes, reduce manual work, and unlock new capabilities across PayJoy. Acting as the bridge between business needs and applied AI/automation technology, this role identifies opportunities, develops and integrates models, agents, and workflow automations, and ensures they run reliably and responsibly in production. Ultimately, the engineer turns repetitive tasks and complex problems into scalable, intelligent solutions that improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, design, and build AI/ML and automation solutions (e.g., LLM-based applications, agents, RPA, and workflow automations) that address business needs and reduce manual effort.
  • Develop, integrate, and deploy models and automation workflows into production, connecting them with existing systems, data sources, and APIs.
  • Build and maintain prompt engineering, retrieval (RAG), and evaluation pipelines to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of AI outputs.
  • Monitor, test, and improve deployed solutions tracking performance, cost, latency, and accuracy iterating based on feedback and metrics.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize use cases, document solutions, and enable teams to adopt them.
  • Apply responsible-AI, security, and compliance best practices (data privacy, bias mitigation, access controls, PII protection), coordinating with Security/IT and Data as needed.

Qualifications
The following requirements support successful performance in the role. Attributes that could be considered discriminatory are intentionally avoided.

  • Software / tools: Proficiency in Python; experience with AI/ML frameworks and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), plus automation/orchestration tools (e.g., n8n, Make/Zapier, Airflow) and workflow/RPA platforms. Familiarity with a major cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure), APIs/webhooks, and version control (Git).
  • Specific knowledge: Applied machine learning and generative-AI concepts (prompting, RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning), agent frameworks, integration patterns, and building and monitoring solutions in production. Experience in fintech or high-volume environments is valued.
  • Expected results: Reliable, well-documented AI and automation solutions in production that measurably reduce manual work, improve process efficiency, and deliver accurate, trustworthy outputs.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity and fast learning in a rapidly evolving field, attention to detail, clear communication of technical concepts, and collaboration across business and technical teams.
  • Desirable (not essential): Experience with vector databases, MLOps/LLMOps, and data engineering or integrations; the Zoho ecosystem or similar platforms; intermediate/advanced English (Portuguese a plus); and prior experience in a similar AI / Automation Engineer role.
