Within Global Technology & Infrastructure (GTI), the Infrastructure Product Group is looking for a Product Owner to lead Hosting & Cloud Platform Management (HCPM). In this role, you will own the enterprise Hosting & Cloud Platform product and ensure secure, compliant, standardized and scalable platform foundations across cloud and on-premises environments. You will act as a key point of accountability for platform governance, architecture guardrails, product evolution and financial stewardship, working with architecture, security, delivery and operations stakeholders across Danone.

The scope includes cloud platform and landing zone management, licensing governance, infrastructure core services, infrastructure tooling, backup and monitoring product management, FinOps and cross-charge governance, and coordination with build and run partners. The role is positioned at the intersection of product management, platform governance and infrastructure strategy.

YOUR MISSION

  • Defines and drives the Hosting & Cloud Platform strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and architecture standards, ensuring alignment with business, security, and transformation priorities.
  • Establishes and governs cloud, infrastructure, security, and compliance frameworks across the organization.
  • Oversees multi-cloud platforms and landing zones (Azure, AWS, Aliyun), ensuring secure, scalable, and standardized application hosting.
  • Governance & compliance defines landing zone standards, core services architecture (DNS, NTP, KMS, RDS) and IaC/DevOps patterns
  • Leads the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps, automation, and self-service capabilities to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Manages key platform capabilities, including backup & recovery, monitoring, patching, OS image management, and automation tooling.
  • Oversees licensing (Windows Server, SQL Server, Red Hat, VMware, Nutanix), vendor governance, budgeting, and cost management across infrastructure and cloud environments.
  • Drives FinOps practices, cloud consumption governance, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Leads and develops a global team of approximately 10 professionals (internal/external, multi-region), fostering collaboration, accountability, capability building, and continuous improvement.

About you

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering or platform management
  • Solid expertise on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Aliyun) and/or on prem hosting
  • Strong understanding of platform governance, landing zones, infrastructure architecture, core services and operating model design.
  • Hands-on knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, automation and reusable platform building blocks.
  • Demonstrated experience with infrastructure licensing governance, cost models, FinOps and vendor management in multi-vendor environments.
  • Good level of understanding of backup, monitoring and automation tooling.
  • Strong cybersecurity, compliance and audit awareness.

  • Systemverwaltung:
    Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Gruppen, Richtlinien und Sicherheitsrollen sowie Sicherstellung einer stabilen und sicheren IT Infrastruktur.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding:
    Steuerung der technischen Prozesse rund um neue Mitarbeitende, inklusive Gerätebereitstellung, Berechtigungsmanagement und Automatisierung mit Power Automate.

  • Netzwerk & Security:
    Überwachung, Wartung und Konfiguration der Netzwerk Infrastruktur sowie Administration der Sophos XGS Firewall inklusive Regelwerken, Remotezugängen und Sicherheitsrichtlinien.

  • Automatisierung:
    Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Business Prozessautomatisierungen mit Tools wie Power Automate, Power Apps oder n8n von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zum laufenden Betrieb.

  • Digitalisierung:

Qualifikation

We're building a distributed team and looking for a reliable, curious technician internationally to help us keep client operations running smoothly while developing your security expertise.

Tasks

You'll handle day-to-day IT operations for our clients and contribute to internal security projects:

  • Provision and manage users, groups, and licences in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

  • Onboard laptops (Windows/macOS) into MDM and coordinate remote device handovers

  • Triage first-line support tickets (password resets, access requests) and escalate complex issues

  • Run weekly maintenance checks: patch status, backup logs, security alerts

  • Document fixes and runbooks so processes are repeatable

  • Contribute to security projects (~20% of your time): CVE research and briefings, laptop hardening scripts, incident-response playbook drafts, ISO 27001 checklist development

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience
    in IT operations, helpdesk, or systems administration

  • Proven admin skills in
    Microsoft 365
    or
    Google Workspace
    (user/group management, security policies, basic troubleshooting)

  • Comfortable with
    MDM platforms
    (Intune, Jamf, or similar)

  • Proficient in at least one scripting language (
