Direction Global Infrastructures Services,
composée d’une centaine de personnes, en charge de construire et de maintenir, tous les socles technologiques qui portent les plateformes applicatives du Groupe. Une infrastructure massive, fortement tournée vers le Cloud, l'automatisation et l’international. Enfin et surtout, une infrastructure "as a Platform" qui a fortement évolué et innové, et vers laquelle le Groupe continue à converger collectivement. Au sein de cette direction, vous piloterez l’équipe
Cloud
composée de 5 personnes : Cloud Architect, Devops, Tech Lead. Ces équipes interviennent de manière transversale sur l’ensemble des infrastructures Cloud afin de gagner en efficacité et performance.

  • Convergence et intégration de nos différentes filiales dans nos plateformes Cloud : Europe, Afrique & Asie
  • Optimisation de nos processus Finops
  • Mise en place de Google Cloud Platform

🎯
Votre rôle et vos missions

  • Concevoir des architectures de plateforme Cloud en optimisant les coûts et en garantissant le niveau de sécurité
  • Définir la stratégie, les roadmaps et les budgets en collaboration avec le Comité de direction Global Infrastructures Services sur le périmètre Cloud
  • Piloter une équipe de 4 à 6 personnes composée d’Architecte, de Tech Lead et Devops.
  • Fixer, suivre les objectifs de performance et accompagner le développement professionnel de votre équipe
  • Structurer les méthodologies de travail de l’équipe dans une phase croissante de périmètre : qualification & priorisation, gestion de la charge…
  • Gérer activement la connaissance de l’équipe : montée en compétences, formation continue, veille technologique
  • Coordonner les projets de migration des architectures
  • Animer la communauté Cloud International au sein de la Direction Tech de CANAL+
  • Gérer et suivre un plan de formation sur les compétences cloud à l’échelle internationale
  • Mettre à disposition des ressources qui soient consommables par les équipes de développement
  • Identifier et anticiper les évolutions technologiques, choix stratégiques et proposé un chemin éclairé et instruit
  • Développer et déployer des produits techniques répondant aux exigences des offres de services Canal+Tech
  • Concevoir et maintenir les évolutions des produits Cloud Platform dans le respect des bonnes pratiques de développement, de sécurité et de conformité financière (FinOps)

  • Vous disposez d’une dizaine d'années d'expériences sur la mise en place de plateformes Cloud robustes idéalement dans le secteur des médias
  • Vous managez quotidiennement des architectes Cloud, Devops et Tech Lead
  • Vous avez déjà mis en place des projets d’intégration d’envergure sur AWS/Azure/GCP avec une forte exigence de disponibilité et de sécurité
  • Vous avez un anglais courant afin de pouvoir échanger quotidiennement avec des interlocuteurs internationaux
  • Vous disposez d’un bon relationnel et êtes capable d’interagir avec différents niveaux d’interlocuteurs : équipes techniques, membres Codir
  • Vous êtes autonome, organisé et reconnu pour votre capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique en constante évolution

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will be part of a team of experienced Site Reliability Engineers. The team is responsible for maintaining and evolving core infrastructure and observability tools, supporting product teams, and improving the reliability of Scaleway’s services.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

  • Build and optimize tooling to automate monitoring, diagnosis, and remediation of production incidents
  • Troubleshoot high-impact production issues in collaboration with other engineering teams
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to handle incidents and ensure service continuity
  • Implement and maintain observability solutions to monitor infrastructure and application health
  • Contribute to infrastructure lifecycle management across different environments
  • Promote and apply best practices in terms of stability, resiliency, scalability, and security
  • Maintain clear technical documentation for tools and procedures
  • Contribute to system and tool evolution based on production feedback
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure infrastructure readiness
  • Participate in team rituals and knowledge-sharing initiatives

  • Experience managing relational databases (PostgreSQL)

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

  • Develop automation tools and frameworks to streamline infrastructure management
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Infrastructure as Code best practices
  • Implement and refine monitoring and alerting systems (OpenMetrics, OpenTelemetry)
  • Ensure system reliability through incident response and root cause analysis

, including a Manager, a Product Manager, and 3 Developers. This young team was born from the strategic split of the Database department to focus exclusively on non-relational databases. You will work on customer-facing products with modern stacks and no heavy legacy, participating in a strong dynamic of camaraderie and technical excellence.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

  • Contribute to the consolidation and development of major database products in Scaleway's product ecosystem : Redis and MongoDB.
  • Maintain the production to high standards of quality for performance, stability and resilience
  • Deploy products to new geographical regions as part of Scaleway's global expansion
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to teammates
  • Contribute to internal documentation and the development of technical best practices
  • Participate in Agile rituals (two-week sprints) and team meetings

About You
HARD SKILLS:

  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes administration and cluster management
  • Experience with deployment tools like Helm, ArgoCD, and Flux
  • Proficiency in GoLang development preferred, but otherwise demonstrated experience in a programming language
  • Familiarity with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
  • Familiarity with Redis, MongoDB, or other NoSQL technologies

L’environnement est exigeant, avec des infrastructures critiques, de fortes contraintes de disponibilité et de sécurité, et une dynamique continue de standardisation, d’industrialisation et d’automatisation.

Rôle
L’Ingénieur·e Infrastructure et Virtualisation (H/F/X) est responsable de l’exploitation, de l’évolution et du maintien en conditions opérationnelles des plateformes d’infrastructure.

Il/elle intervient en niveau expert (N3) sur des sujets complexes et contribue activement à la stabilité, l’évolution et la sécurisation des environnements.

  • Esprit d’initiative et force de proposition
