L’avènement des nouvelles technologies (télématiques, big data, …), la reprise de l’inflation et l’augmentation du risque climatique accélèrent significativement l’évolution des comportements clients et requièrent l’excellence technique en terme de modélisations actuarielles, d’utilisation des données et des nouvelles méthodes de Data science. L’enjeu étant de permettre une croissance du Chiffre d’Affaires en maintenant un niveau de rentabilité conforme à nos objectifs et en garantissant à nos clients une sécurité et une confiance dans leur assureur.

Au sein de l’équipe Actuariat Risques Industriels, Immeubles et Risques Techniques (8 personnes), nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur
chargé d'études actuarielles
pour une
durée de 7 mois
.

En nous rejoignant, vous intégrez une équipe, qui avec un Chiffre d’affaire de près de 1 Md€, représente de très forts enjeux en terme de chiffre d’affaires et de rentabilité pour Axa France, et est également au premier plan de la stratégie de l'entreprise.

Vos missions principales s’articuleront autour de la
sophistication des tarifs et des outils de souscription et du suivi de la rentabilité des contrats Dommages aux Biens
Risques Techniques et Collectivités locales

  • Participation à l’innovation AXA en assurance IARD Entreprises et application des nouvelles techniques de modélisation du risque (machine learning, géocoding, …), particulièrement sur les risques climatiques.
  • Création et maintenance d’applications de tarification sous R Shiny à destination des souscripteurs et des intermédiaires, calculant le tarif et réceptacle d’inputs pour constituer une base de données et améliorer notre connaissance des risques
  • Automatisation, réconciliation, analyse et suivi des indicateurs de production, de sinistralité et de rentabilité technique afin de détecter les tendances et anticiper toute dérive technique.
  • Suivis, études et reportings divers pour permettre le bon pilotage de la branche et l’évolution de celle-ci à l’actualité.

Votre profil
Vous êtes titulaire d'un master ou diplôme équivalent (ou doctorat) en
finance, actuariat, mathématiques, ou statistiques.
Vous avez une
première expérience professionnelle réussie, idéalement en assurance
en compagnie, mutuelle, cabinet de conseil, cabinet de courtage…

Vous avez de
bonnes connaissances actuarielles
et notamment en termes de
modélisations tarifaires en assurance IARD.
Vous avez des
compétences analytiques
et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement pluridisciplinaire.

Vous maitrisez les langages de programmation
SAS, R, Python
, …

L'anglais sera un atout
pour les interactions avec la Communauté actuarielle du Groupe AXA.

Vous avez une
bonne aisance dans la communication orale

🎯 Vous interviendrez sur :

Tracking & Analytics (GA4)
: recueil et analyse des besoins des équipes métiers (pays, marketing, e-commerce, product owners), définition des plans de marquage, rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles et validation des recettes fonctionnelles (UAT).

Gouvernance des données & qualité
: suivi de la qualité des données, mise en place de contrôles et d’indicateurs de fiabilité, gestion de la documentation fonctionnelle (data layer, dictionnaire d’événements) et veille au respect des exigences RGPD.

Coordination avec les équipes techniques
: collaboration avec les équipes d’implémentation, développeurs, experts tracking et partenaires externes afin de garantir la conformité des livrables et la bonne exécution des évolutions.

Pilotage du Media Dashboard
: coordination des besoins des pays et des agences, suivi de la roadmap, gestion des priorités et accompagnement des équipes dans l’exploitation des indicateurs de performance média.

Animation & accompagnement des utilisateurs

👀 Profil recherché

▪️Bac +5 en marketing digital, data, informatique, statistiques ou équivalent

▪️Minimum 4 à 6 ans d’expérience en Web Analytics, Digital Analytics ou Tracking

▪️Expérience confirmée sur
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
et les problématiques de tracking digital

▪️Bonne connaissance des outils de gestion du marquage (Commanders Act, Google Tag Manager ou équivalent)

  • Design and improve data pipelines.
    Contribute to the design and evolution of data systems—ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and efficiently processed across diverse tech stacks.

Vos missions

Au sein des équipes d'IVIDATA Life Sciences et en collaboration avec nos clients issus des secteurs pharmaceutique et biotechnologique, vous interviendrez sur des projets à forte valeur ajoutée, en tant que
Lead Biostatisticien Clinique
pour :

  • Incarner le référent statistique unique auprès des équipes projet et participer activement aux réunions cliniques et stratégiques
  • Rédiger et valider les documents d'étude clés : synopsis, protocoles, plans d'analyse statistique (SAP), spécifications de randomisation et shells TFLs
  • Superviser les activités statistiques sous-traitées aux CROs, en garantissant le respect des délais, des coûts et des normes de qualité des données
  • Co-rédiger l'interprétation des résultats et définir les messages clés en lien étroit avec les équipes médicales et cliniques
  • Contribuer activement aux dossiers réglementaires (Module 2.5/2.7, CSR) et aux publications scientifiques en collaboration avec les Medical Writers
  • Assurer la communication et la défense des résultats auprès des partenaires cliniques, institutionnels et des autorités réglementaires
  • Garantir la conformité de la documentation statistique au sein du TMF

Votre profil

  • Formation :
    BAC+5 ou PhD en statistiques, biostatistique ou informatique décisionnelle (ENSAI, ISUP, Master 2 ou Doctorat)
  • Expérience :
    Minimum
    6 ans d'expérience
    au sein de l'industrie pharmaceutique, d'une biotech ou en CRO sur un poste similaire, avec une implication dès les phases précoces du développement clinique.
  • Compétences techniques :

  • Solide connaissance et pratique des standards
