Role Overview

We are looking for a
Cloud DevOps Engineer
. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud infrastructure, managing deployments, and ensuring performance, security, and reliability of our cloud-based environments. You'll work closely with development and operations teams to build scalable, automated, and efficient cloud solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure across platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Implement automation for provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of production systems.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to build CI/CD pipelines and streamline application delivery.
  • Maintain security best practices, including access control, encryption, and compliance checks.
  • Document architecture, configurations, and processes to ensure maintainability and transparency.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure management, or DevOps roles.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation.
  • Solid understanding of networking, virtualization, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex cloud and infrastructure issues.

Your role

As a Sales Support, your mission is to make the sales team more efficient,effective,and customer-focused through reliable support and data-driven operations. Your contributions will empower our Sales Engineer to achieve their targets and drive business growth. You will report to Speciality Rental Division Business Development Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
  • Support sales engineer to create opportunities and quotations in CRM system,clean and maintain opportunities include status,expected close date,etc.
  • Apply for and manage bank guarantees to support contract execution and risk control.
  • Design,build,and maintain system workflows on the platform to ensure efficient and standardized sales operations.
  • Prepare sales report,dashboards,and performance analysis.
  • Respond to sales engineer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams(finance,customer care,marketing) to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Perform other jobs assigned by reporting manager.

To succeed, you will need:

  • 2 years of experience, working as a sales support.
  • Bachelor degree or above,majored in business management or equivalent.
  • Good English in both spoken and written.
  • Good skill on office software such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI,etc.
  • Enthusiastic attitude, proactive, quick learner, team player.
