What to expect day to day?
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CloudOps Engineer to help automate, deploy and secure customer facing Cloud solutions using DevSecOps practices such as automation, CI Pipelines and Infrastructure as Code & Security.

You will work alongside Software Development, Product and Operations teams to identify and eliminate constraints in the product life cycle.  You will help to develop monitoring and alerting for AWS deployed platforms and software to support sustained and reliable availability of internal and production systems.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is ambitious and not afraid to take ownership, someone with strong technical problem – solving skills and who is collaborative with development teams and has a passion to automate away the mundane areas of development and deployment and will keep up to date with current trends in technology.

You will be working alongside the small, existing team but will be expected to bring additional knowledge and experience to aid the growth and expansion of the company.

The successful candidate must be available for participation in the on-call rotation schedule and occasional travel.

What will you need to succeed?

  • 7+ years’ experience in a similar role (SRE, Cloud infrastructure/DevOps)
  • An understanding of the SDLC process.
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  • Experience of container technologies (Docker or Podman)
  • Container Orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet)
  • Experience of AWS services (VPC, Security Group, EC2, Route53, IAM, S3, AWS-cli)
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration Pipelines (Gitlab CI, Travis CI, etc.)
  • Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (Shell, Python, etc.)
  • Experience with Source Control Management (Git)
  • Demonstrable Linux Systems Administration (Ubuntu, CentOS)
  • Experience with Web servers (Apache, NGINX)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience of producing technical and process documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related is desirable but not essential.

  • Service monitoring and graphing tools (DataDog, Prometheus + Grafana, Nagios + Munin)

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help build and scale the cloud infrastructure powering Autodesk Flow Studio (formerly Wonder Studio), our AI-powered VFX platform. In this role, you will design and manage secure, reliable, and highly automated AWS infrastructure, enabling fast, efficient, and dependable software delivery through modern DevOps practices.

You will work closely with engineering teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized microservices, improve system reliability and scalability, and drive infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code. If you're passionate about cloud technologies, automation, and building resilient platforms that support cutting-edge AI products, we'd love to hear from you.

This role follows a hybrid working model based out of our Novi Sad office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated testing and deployments
  • Deploy, manage, and monitor microservices-based applications
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Datadog, etc.)
  • Ensure security best practices across cloud environments
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues across environments
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline release processes
  • Improve system reliability, scalability, and automation maturity

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, ECS/EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.)
  • Experience working with microservices architecture
  • Proficiency with containerization tools (Docker)
  • Experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
  • Understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices

What You Will Be Doing?

  • Build and operate shared regional cloud and platform capabilities, including landing zones, automation, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, reusable deployment templates, cloud onboarding patterns, and platform services
  • Implement Azure landing zone components and develop reusable Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates
  • Automate deployment and configuration processes to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Define and implement CI/CD patterns for infrastructure and platform changes
  • Support cloud onboarding of entities and workloads across the region
  • Implement and maintain standard resource governance, tagging, policies, and monitoring integrations
  • Support DevOps practices for cloud-based workloads and platform operations
  • Create operational handover documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-sharing materials
  • Collaborate with local teams, vendors, architects, and operations teams to build, configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and support cloud/platform components

What Do You Need for the Position?

We are looking for a proactive, experienced
Technology & Cloud Architect
, with university education in Computer science, Mathematics, Software Engineering and similar, or equivalent experience.

We Expect

  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, hybrid environments, or enterprise IT architecture
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including landing zones, networking, IAM/RBAC, Azure Policy, governance, and security principles
  • Experience with cloud solution design, implementation, workload migration, and cloud adoption practices
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/ARM), Git, CI/CD, scripting, monitoring, and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of infrastructure components including networking, virtualisation, operating systems, storage, backup, and monitoring solutions
  • Understanding of cloud governance, security, risk management, and IT service optimisation
  • Experience creating technical documentation and collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of English language is necessary

In this role, you’ll focus on performance testing and automation, helping us identify performance bottlenecks and ensure a smooth and stable experience for our players. You’ll work closely with QA and development teams to investigate, analyze, and improve game performance.

What will you do?

  • Develop and maintain automated tests for functional, performance, and stability testing on Python
  • Develop and maintain core functionality of the automation framework
  • Analyze automated test results and investigate failures
  • Performance testing and profiling of game client and backend services
  • Maintain documentation for existing automated tests, frameworks, and tools
  • Collaborate with other teams and provide support based on automated test results
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and related tools
  • Work with different teams as internal customers, understand their needs, and provide automation solutions
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving automation code quality

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience in Performance Testing or Performance QA
  • 3+ years of experience in Automation QA or a similar position
  • 1+ year of commercial experience in Python-based automated testing, including writing performance test suites using pytest
  • Experience in Performance testing tools and frameworks (k6, load testing, profiling tools)
  • Experience in analyzing and optimizing game performance (PC games)
  • Experience with Elasticsearch for log collection and analysis
  • Experience with Perfana or similar performance analysis and visualization tools
  • Experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, TeamCity)
  • Knowledge of PC architecture basics and component interaction (CPU, GPU, memory, disk I/O)
  • Understanding of performance metrics: FPS, frame time, CPU/GPU utilization, memory consumption
  • Knowledge of the theory and methods of software testing and performance testing methodologies
