We are looking for qualified and motivated candidate for the role of
Complaint Officer
based in Sofia.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Receive information regarding product quality complaints from complaint intake sites.
  • Assess the criticality of complaints and ensure timely handling of high-priority cases, including potential Health Authority notifications or product recalls.
  • Support product- and defect-specific triage and assign responsibility for investigations.
  • Organize and coordinate complaint sample management efficiently.
  • Notify third-party suppliers/manufacturers, request formal investigation reports with root cause analysis and CAPAs, and maintain all related correspondence.
  • Review and evaluate reports from suppliers to ensure thorough investigations.
  • Track complaints to ensure resolution within the required timelines.
  • Complete complaint investigation records in the approved electronic system, attaching all relevant supporting documents.
  • Perform lot-level and periodic product trend analyses and initiate investigations when trends are detected.
  • Provide monthly complaint management reports and data to support quality forums, KPIs reporting, supplier performance reviews, PSUR, and Management Review report preparation.
  • Maintain Regional Quality SOPs and standard investigation reports in line with Teva Corporate Policies and GMP requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with all corporate and regional quality standards and procedures.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Completed education in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a similar Natural Science and/or technical training.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Veeva.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the industrialization, planning and implementation of new production lines, processes and methods
  • Design and develop new manufacturing systems, including process flows, tooling, fixtures, automation (robotics, liquid glue dispensing, conveyors), and integration of smart manufacturing technologies
  • Collaborate closely with Product R&D, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and production teams to resolve manufacturing challenges, support new product introductions and ensure design-for-manufacturability (DFM).
  • Support globally all AMSC plants for new product launches and series improvements, incl. Mexico, Bulgaria, India and Germany
  • Prepares the production line and ensures the achievement of the relevant key indicators and stability of the processes

Main requirements:

  • Education - University degree in Electronics, Automation, mechanical engineering or other relevant
  • Knowledge of automotive manufacturing or several years experience in electronics manufacturing
  • PC literacy – good level of MS Office and SAP.
  • Technical skills – Lean methodology (5S; KAIZEN; DMAIC; KANBAN; SMED) SPC, GD&T, and quality systems (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP)
  • Excellent project management and complex share holder management skills
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%) for plant support, supplier visits, or new line launches
  • Professional experience – 3 years
  • Foreign languages – English - excellent level
  • Personal skills – communication skills, proactive attitude, ability to work independently and within a team, fast-learner

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the flawless performance and integrity of our diverse product ecosystem within the iGaming industry.

  • Test new and existing software components
  • Proactively participate during all stages of development
  • Create and execute manual test cases to identify defects, verify functionality, and validate software performance

  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing
  • Experience in testing different types of applications
  • Practical experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and deployment tools like Jenkins
  • Ability to trigger builds and monitor logs
  • Understanding of version control systems
  • A solid experience using Jira and other industry-recognized test management tools
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience in designing and executing manual test cases and test scenarios
  • Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman and documentation tools like Swagger
  • Online gaming knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent communication skills

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the quality and efficiency of technological processes;
  • Adapts and maintains production and process documentation;

  • Supports the introduction of new products, processes, and manufacturing equipment;
  • Participates in tasks related to the maintenance of production equipment.

The Senior IT Service Quality Analyst will support the Digital Workplace Enablement team by ensuring the highest standards of service quality across our service desk, field support teams, and other support functions. This role involves reviewing ticket quality, identifying and implementing process and quality improvement plans, and developing strategies to maintain a focus on service quality.

You will report to the Global IT Service Quality Manager.

Summary Of Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive a global service quality program to ensure consistent, high‑quality end‑user support.
  • Partner with regional operations and vendor teams to improve service outcomes.
  • Conduct quality reviews of support tickets and provide actionable feedback.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to elevate service performance.
  • Develop and champion innovative approaches to strengthen service quality culture.

  • Develop and maintain shared playbooks, quality guidelines.

  • Correlate quality findings with operational metrics such as FCR, CSAT/NPS, reopens, and SLA breaches.

  • Promote strong collaboration and communication across cross‑functional support teams.

Qualifications
What you will bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in IT Service Management, End User Services, Help Desk Quality, or ITSM governance.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven background in service quality management within a digital workplace or IT support environment.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
  • Experience with quality audits, KPI tracking, call listening, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills, including basic use of Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Fluency in English.

It will be considered as an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
