About The Role
In your capacity as a
Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer
, you will be instrumental in architecting the orchestration layer that drives Pelico across all fronts, spanning our global SaaS infrastructure to the most restricted, air-gapped enterprise environments.

Your core mission is ensuring Pelico remains effortless to install, manage, and expand, irrespective of the underlying host. Operating at the crossroads of system architecture, product engineering, and field operations, you will tackle intricate technical hurdles and help define the future of AI-driven industrial infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

  • Build deployment platforms that work everywhere. Design and improve Pelico's deployment architecture across Kubernetes, Docker, single VM, air-gapped environments and private cloud using Terraform, Helm and Ansible.
  • Create a true one-click deployment experience. Standardize installation, upgrades and operational tooling so enterprise customers can deploy Pelico reliably with minimal manual intervention.
  • Improve platform reliability and observability. Build monitoring, diagnostics, self-remediation capabilities and operational runbooks that allow customer IT teams to operate Pelico independently.
  • Participate in production operations. Join the team's on-call rotation, troubleshoot production incidents, and continuously improve platform reliability through operational excellence and automation.
  • Elevate our DevOps platform. Standardize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure practices and deployment workflows to improve engineering productivity, security and reliability across the company.
  • Support Pelico's enterprise and federal growth. Contribute to initiatives around GovCloud, FedRAMP readiness and deployments for highly regulated aerospace and defense customers.
  • Drive AI-powered infrastructure engineering. Explore agentic engineering and AI-assisted workflows to automate infrastructure operations, deployment, diagnostics and security.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles in high-growth or production environments.
  • Strong experience building and operating cloud and on-premise infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm and Ansible.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability and modern deployment practices.
  • Solid software engineering background, ideally with Java, and an automation-first mindset.
  • Comfortable participating in an on-call rotation, troubleshooting production incidents, and continuously improving platform reliability.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, you enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges without waiting for perfect specifications.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product and customer IT teams.
  • You actively embrace AI tools as part of how you work, curious about what's possible and quick to adopt new ways of working smarter and faster.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows for coding, infrastructure automation, troubleshooting or engineering productivity.

Nice To Have

  • Experience supporting enterprise or industrial environments (manufacturing, aerospace, defense or supply chain).
  • Exposure to security, compliance or regulated infrastructure environments (e.g. GovCloud, FedRAMP or air-gapped deployments).
  • Experience in customer-facing or forward-deployed engineering roles.

Job Description
As a DevOps Linux Administrator at Ubisoft Paris, you will join the Build and Orchestration team, a key group responsible for managing and evolving Ubisoft’s IT services. You will work closely with international teams, including Massive Entertainment on productions such as The Division and Avatar, to ensure the reliability, performance, and evolution of critical services.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab
  • Automate recurring tasks using Python, Bash, and C# scripts
  • Manage cloud and on-premises infrastructures with Terraform, Kubernetes , and infrastructure as code tools

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

  • Develop automation tools and frameworks to streamline infrastructure management

En rejoignant Inpulse, vous prenez la responsabilité d’une partie de nos équipes techniques avec pour mission de structurer, manager et faire évoluer l’organisation Tech afin d’accompagner la croissance d’Inpulse. Equipe :

L’équipe Technique d’Inpulse est aujourd’hui composée d’une dizaine de collaborateurs répartis entre Software Engineers, Tech Lead et Product Managers.

En tant qu’Engineering Manager, vous serez responsable d’une équipe de 6 Software Engineers et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les Tech Lead et les équipes Produit pour faire évoluer nos produits et accompagner la croissance de l’organisation.

Missions :
