We are looking for an experienced QA General (Functional and Automation) Engineer to join our growing testing team. The job

includes deep-testing of a Complex financial service and its corresponding application. The work is a

combination of analyzing large log files to verify processing correctness, and testing a complex UI

application.

Responsibilities will include:

• Becoming the house-expert of the application
• Be a part of rapid testing cycles to deliver high quality products
• Digging the system for missing requirements
• Going over specifications documents thoroughly to find special cases and scenarios
• Doing full coverage for Configuration files to find problematic values and combinations
• Automate every manual flow by using Automation tools via AI

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as QA for complex systems
• Familiar with the following technologies : Linux/Unix, SVN or GIT, scripting language (Bash, Python)
• Strong bug detection and root cause analysis skills
• Automation experiencd : Robot Framework , Playwright , Python (or equivalent)

Advantages

• Experience in writing automation tests for applications in unix and windows environments
• Experience with scripting languages - python, bash, perl, php or equivalent

Qualifications and experience:

• 3+ years experience in quality management (ISO 13485 or ISO 9001);
• Proven track record working in a quality manager or regulatory affairs positions;
• Have a good understanding of ISO 13485 and ISO 14971;
• Understanding of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), including lifecycle processes, documentation, and validation;
• Knowledge of emerging AI regulatory frameworks and ethical considerations;
• Business fluency in English (both spoken and written);
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills;
• Enthusiastic, goal-oriented and problem-solving attitude.

Added advantages:

• Understanding of the IEC 62304 standard and the software development life cycle;
• Experience in MDR and IVDR regulations (EU);

• Work in a small team of experienced regulatory enthusiasts to innovate, share experience and continuously raise our quality bar;
• Establishment, implementation and management of the ISO13485 compliant quality management system(s) (QMS) for our clients;
• Act as the management representative with notified bodies and market regulators;
• Coordinating activities related to the QMS;
• Supporting the engineering and service provision team in the development and delivery of safe medical devices;
• Defining and executing regulatory strategies for medical device-type products (mostly software as a medical device);

QA Engineer
to join our team. to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our AdTech products, working closely with developers and product managers to validate new features and support successful releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, cross-browser, exploratory, and API testing.
• Design, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios for web and mobile applications (primarily web).
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and validate features.
• Identify, document, and track defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
• Participate in release validation and quality assurance activities.
• Contribute to defining and improving QA processes, testing approaches, and quality standards across projects.
• Participate in test automation initiatives and quality improvement activities where applicable.
• Communicate effectively within the team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, software testing methodologies, and test design techniques.
• Experience with web application and API testing.
• Hands-on experience with bug-tracking and project management tools (Jira).
• Practical experience with REST API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of CI/CD processes (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Basic SQL knowledge and experience validating data would be a plus.
• Experience with test automation tools or scripting languages would be considered an advantage.
• English level: Intermediate (B1) or higher – able to read documentation and communicate effectively.

• Дослідження існуючих процесів створення, передачі та затвердження технічних специфікацій.
• Оптимізація та стандартизація життєвого циклу специфікації: EVT/DVT/PVT/Mass production.
• Розробка матриці прав доступу та логіки погодження змін у специфікаціях (Change Management).
• Дослідження існуючого процесу NPI та збір вимог від стейкхолдерів (R&D, Supply Chain, Production)
• Трансформація бізнес-вимог у чіткі технічні завдання (ТЗ / BRD / SRS) для автоматизації процесу NPI та створення єдиного реєстру специфікацій.
• Участь в проектуванні логіки інтеграції даних між системами та архітектури майбутнього рішення.
• Супровід процесу розробки/налаштування, участь у тестуванні (UAT) та допомога команді з адаптацією до нових інструментів.

Вимоги до кандидата:

• Досвід роботи: від 3+ років на позиції бізнес-аналітика (системного аналітика). Практичний досвід роботи з процесами NPI та розуміння структури продуктових специфікацій (Bill of Materials, техкарти, технічні умови, Master Data).
• Буде плюсом: Досвід роботи або впровадження PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), MDM (Master Data Management) або ERP/BPM систем.
• Моделювання процесів: впевнене володіння нотаціями моделювання бізнес-процесів (BPMN 2.0, UML) та інструментами (Camunda, Miro, Lucidchart, Visio).
• Робота з вимогами: досвід збору вимог від різних департаментів, їх пріоритезація та написання якісних ТЗ для розробників/інтеграторів.
• Аналітичне мислення: вміння розібратися у процесах та складних зв'язках даних
• Комунікативні навички: вміння бути «перекладачем» між технічними фахівцями (R&D, інженери, технологи), бізнесом (закупівлі, логісти, склад) та IT-командою.
