Descripción del empleo
Buscamos una persona consultora de SAP SuccessFactors, con gran atención al detalle y capacidad analítica, para incorporarse a nuestra organización en Ciudad de México, México.

  • Configurar y personalizar el módulo de reclutamiento de SAP SuccessFactors para adaptarlo a los requisitos de la organización y a los objetivos empresariales - Analizar los flujos de trabajo de reclutamiento y recomendar mejoras en los procesos para aumentar la eficiencia y la experiencia del usuario - Apoyar la implementación, el despliegue y el mantenimiento continuo de las soluciones de reclutamiento de SAP SuccessFactors
  • Proporcionar orientación técnica y formación a los usuarios finales, a los equipos de RR. HH. y a las partes interesadas sobre la funcionalidad del sistema y las mejores prácticas. - Gestionar la migración de datos, la integración y la generación de informes dentro del entorno de SAP SuccessFactors. - Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para recabar requisitos y traducirlos en configuraciones del sistema.
  • Resolver problemas técnicos y ofrecer soluciones oportunas para garantizar la estabilidad del sistema - Elaborar y mantener la documentación, incluidos los flujos de procesos, las guías de usuario y las especificaciones del sistema - Supervisar el rendimiento del sistema y generar informes para realizar un seguimiento de las métricas de selección de personal y los indicadores clave de rendimiento - Mantenerse al día de las actualizaciones, las funcionalidades y las tendencias del sector relacionadas con SAP SuccessFactors para garantizar un uso óptimo del sistema

Requisitos

  • Certificación en SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment (obligatoria) - Un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en la implementación o el soporte del módulo SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment - Experiencia demostrada en consultoría de selección de personal o en puestos de asesoramiento en tecnología de RR. HH. - Sólidos conocimientos sobre los procesos de captación de talento y los flujos de trabajo de selección de personal - Competencia en la configuración, personalización e integración de sistemas
  • Experiencia en gestión de datos, herramientas de generación de informes y análisis dentro de sistemas de RR. HH. - Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con gran atención al detalle - Capacidad demostrada para gestionar múltiples proyectos y establecer prioridades de forma eficaz - Sólidas habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales, con capacidad para trabajar en colaboración con distintos equipos - Experiencia en gestión del cambio y estrategias de adopción por parte de los usuarios
  • Se valorará: Conocimientos de SQL, herramientas avanzadas de generación de informes o plataformas de inteligencia empresarial - Se valorará: Experiencia con otros módulos de SAP SuccessFactors (Core HR, Gestión del Talento, Gestión del Rendimiento) - Se valorará: Dominio del español y el inglés para dar soporte al mercado de la Ciudad de México - Se valorará: Experiencia en optimización de procesos empresariales y metodologías de mejora continua
