Role description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
  • Experience engaging with, or presenting to, technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
  • Experience in programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.
  • Ability to communicate in Polish fluently to support clients in region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling technical solutions in one or more of the following: Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, Data Analytics, Cloud AI, Networking, Migrations, Security.
  • Experience driving the entire sales cycle (e.g., defining the delivery and consumption plan and transitioning it for execution).
  • Experience building long-term technical strategies to uncover new workloads with customers.
  • Experience migrating applications and services to cloud platforms.
  • Experience with security concepts (e.g., encryption, identity management, access control, attack vectors, penetration testing).

As a Platform Customer Engineer (CE), you will partner with technical Sales teams to differentiate Google Cloud to our customers. You will serve as the customer’s primary technical partner and trusted advisor, engaging in technical-led conversations to understand their business challenges. You will troubleshoot technical questions and roadblocks, engage in proofs of concepts and demos, and use your expertise to architect cross-pillar cloud solutions that solve these business challenges. You will drive the technical win and define the delivery and consumption plans. You will use your strategic acumen and presentation skills to engage with technical and business leaders, and persuasively present practical and useful solutions on Google Cloud.

In this role, you will focus on identifying, pursuing, and winning new business workloads and driving penetration within existing ones. You will blend sales expertise, market knowledge, and direct technical engagement to prove the value of the Google Cloud portfolio.

  • Develop and own the technical account plan and strategy, participating in planning and supporting targeted business motions.
  • Combine sales, programming, and solutions architecture expertise to prove the value of Google Cloud Platform across the portfolio through complex demos, pilots, and in-depth workshops.
  • Architect cross-pillar solutions, drive technical wins, and define initial delivery plans for customers. Continue to lead the technical engagement in the solution phase.
  • Facilitate the post-sales transition by supporting pricing activities and transitioning the final delivery plan to implementation teams.
  • Maintain awareness of progress against the delivery plan, providing support to cross-functional teams during ramp, delivery, migration, or implementation phases.

  • Min. 8 lat doświadczenia w obszarze IT operations, chmury, utrzymania systemów lub wsparcia technicznego,

We are seeking a skilled
Python Developer
to join our team and contribute to the delivery of robust application and cloud infrastructure solutions. In this role, you will work on both feature development and security remediation, collaborating with cross-functional partners to build maintainable, secure, and scalable systems that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver application and cloud infrastructure features, including development, testing, and deployment, working from established designs and acceptance criteria
  • Implement security remediation work (vulnerability fixes, dependency upgrades, code hardening) and net-new features as prioritized by the team lead
  • Translate technical requirements into well-structured, testable, and maintainable code that meets team quality bars for reviews and tests
  • Promote changes through dev, test, and production environments following established change management processes and documentation standards
  • Collaborate with product, platform, and security partners to clarify requirements and deliver work that meets business needs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and system integration
  • Hands-on expertise in AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, and S3
  • Proficiency in AWS data and infrastructure services, including DynamoDB, Aurora, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch
  • Strong software engineering skills in Java, Python, and TypeScript (or equivalent), including design patterns, API development, and quality engineering practices
  • Understanding of relational database fundamentals and competency in writing basic SQL queries
  • Expertise in CI/CD using GitHub Actions/workflows, reusable workflows, environment protection rules, and artifact/version management
  • Proven capability to operate and improve production systems using modern observability tools such as Splunk and Honeycomb, with an SRE/operational mindset
  • Knowledge of owning/operating enterprise tooling, multi-region cloud resiliency and failover practices, and feature toggling solutions
  • Familiarity with IT risk and information security expectations, with the ability to deliver solutions that meet security, compliance, and change governance requirements
