Ansell is looking for a Data Analytics Lead, Revenue Management to join our team in Krakow, Poland or Brussels, Belgium!
In this position you will play a vital role in shaping and elevating our data infrastructure and analytics capabilities within the Revenue Management team. You’ll help design, implement, and manage data-driven solutions that inform commercial strategy, financial planning, and forecasting. We’re looking for a data leader with expertise in big data technologies, strong business acumen, and a passion for turning complex information into actionable insights that drive sustainable profitable performance.

What your role will be
?

  • Drive the planning, development, and optimization of revenue management data platforms that enable key commercial and financial use cases—such as price and volume optimization, sales and distributor incentive alignment, and translating portfolio strategies into value-driven pricing and terms.
  • Partner with IT and Finance teams to guide data engineers and analysts on revenue management initiatives, ensuring data needs are understood and effective solutions are delivered.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, Sales Operations, FP&A, and other teams to translate complex data into insights that drive business decisions.
  • Oversee integration of analytics and reporting platforms with enterprise systems (e.g., D365, PROS), ensuring optimal performance, storage, and processing efficiency.
  • Partner with Data Science RGM team member to enable predictive models focused on sales, gross profit, and selling costs.
  • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and corporate governance standards, including SOX, Basel III, and GDPR. Support ensuring data quality, integrity, and security across all systems.
  • Identify opportunities for and support the design of high-performance data pipelines to ingest, store, and process financial and commercial data from multiple internal and external sources (e.g., ERP, market data, transaction systems).

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data management roles, with at least 3 years leading big data initiatives in a corporate finance or financial services context.
  • Deep understanding of financial systems and data types, including GL data, transactional data, risk metrics, and regulatory data.
  • Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, R, Databricks, Scala).
  • Experience and understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data warehousing solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
  • Familiarity with finance-specific frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP, SOX).
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting financial planning and analysis (FP&A), Revenue Management, treasury operations, or investment modeling through data.
  • Understanding of financial risk modeling, Monte Carlo simulations, and time-series analysis.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for finance dashboards and executive reporting.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques applied to finance use cases (e.g., anomaly detection, credit scoring).

As a part of the Oracle Connector Team, you will be responsible to help build new features of our data pipeline service, help improve our software architecture, and maintain reliable operation of the service.   • Dive deep into data replication debugging, analyzing existing code that is in use by hundreds of customers today. Some clients are operating the largest Oracle clusters in the world.
  • Analyze new features that are introduced by Oracle in recent releases and determine how to develop supporting features.
  • Contribute to the efforts to the maintenance and improvement of existing connectors; call for improvement in all areas of Fivetran's codebase and infrastructure.
  • Be a part of the process to move a high performance client side service to the cloud and operate at scale.
  • Develop software designs and technical roadmap for the team.
  • Contribute to hiring by participating in the interview process.

Skills We’re Looking For

  • Coding:
  • 2+ years programming in Java or C languages, strong preference to C/C++ for this role
  • Writes well-structured and performant code
  • Be able to dive into code that has been previously written and suggest improvements
  • Design:
  • Understand and can explain how to build high performance systems and processes
  • Have an analytical mindset that helps you identify design flaws in existing systems and come up with improvements
