We design data-driven customer experiences across the entire lifecycle — from raw data to real-time personalised interactions. You build scalable data architectures, connect systems and translate business requirements into high-performing solutions.

Your contribution:

Your tasks

  • Design scalable data architectures and data models (relational and non-relational), aligned with CDP and business needs
  • Build and optimise ETL/ELT pipelines (batch and streaming), ensuring quality, performance and security
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions (mapping, integration, governance)
  • Develop APIs, integrations and data-related components (e.g. Python) to efficiently connect systems
  • Define and evolve data governance, standards and best practices
  • Support testing, deployment and operations, ensuring scalable and stable implementations

What you bring

Experience meets hands-on mindset.

  • Solid experience in data architecture and data modelling, including identity resolution and data stitching
  • Strong SQL skills and practical experience in data processing and Python (or similar)
  • Experience with ETL/ELT tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern data platforms
  • Understanding of event streaming and modern data ecosystems
  • Ability to connect and implement both business and technical requirements
  • Structured way of working, team-oriented mindset and clear communication

Overview
We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join us.

What You’ll Do

  • Be scrappy to find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline
  • Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for our ingestion pipeline, currently running on GCP and managed with Terraform.
  • Collaborate closely with our Scientists to shift the cost/throughput/quality frontier, delivering richer data at bigger scale and lower cost to power our next-generation models.
  • Collaborate with others on the AI Team and Speechify Leadership to craft the AI Team’s dataset roadmap to power Speechify’s next-generation consumer and enterprise products.

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

  • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
  • Proficiency with bash/Python scripting in Linux environments
  • Proficiency in Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts and professional experience with at least one major Cloud Provider (we use GCP)
  • Experience with web crawlers, large-scale data processing workflows is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Our Team, Your Impact
As a TGO Network Strategy Analytics and Data Analyst in Teva Global Operations, you’ll be at the centre of building the data capabilities that support high-quality network and product strategy decisions. You’ll join the Global Network & Product Strategy (GNPS) team, helping to connect complex operational, portfolio, financial, and supply datasets into robust analytical tools that improve visibility, strengthen decision-making, and support Teva’s “Pivot to Growth” strategy.

This role is suited to a technically strong analyst who enjoys working hands-on with data, building automated data flows, creating insightful Power BI reports, and translating complex datasets into clear business recommendations. You will work with some of Teva’s largest and most important data sources, identify data quality issues and gaps, and collaborate with GNPS, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Portfolio, and other analysts across the business to build scalable, reliable, and insightful analytical solutions.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Advanced Excel & Analytical Modelling: Use advanced Excel skills, structured models, Power Query, and strong analytical techniques to manipulate large datasets, test scenarios, validate outputs, and support high-quality business decision-making.
  • Business Insight & Decision Support: Convert data into clear recommendations, highlight trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide analytical support for network strategy, product strategy, capacity, portfolio, and operational decision-making.
  • Automated Data Flows: Build, maintain, and improve automated data flows between Teva data sources, ensuring data is connected, refreshed, reliable, and structured for repeatable analysis and reporting. Working in Python or similar languages is considered beneficial.
  • Power BI Reporting & Visualisation: Design and deliver insightful, innovative, and user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards that translate complex network, product, operational, and financial data into clear business insights.
  • AI Deployment & Business Adoption: Lead the deployment of AI-enabled analytics and business solutions across Teva, including practical use of tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude to improve analysis, reporting, knowledge management, and productivity. Identify practical use cases, support adoption, and help teams embed AI into sustainable ways of working.
  • Supply Chain Network Strategy: Support supply chain network strategy by performing sensitive analysis on: utilization; capacity; cost; and performance data across the manufacturing and supply network, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, resilience, and strategic decision-making.
  • Data Quality, Gaps & Governance: Identify issues, inconsistencies, and gaps in current datasets, clearly communicate their business impact, and work with data owners and stakeholders to improve data quality, definitions, traceability, and governance.
  • Documentation & Sustainable Ways of Working: Create clear documentation for data flows, assumptions, reporting logic, refresh processes, and data definitions so that analytical tools are robust, transparent, and sustainable for the GNPS team.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related analytical field.
  • Mandatory 4 years experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, data preparation, and working with large, complex datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, complex formulas, structured modelling, data validation, and scenario analysis.
  • Strong Power BI capability, including data modelling, DAX, dashboard design, report optimisation, and clear visual storytelling.
  • Experience building data pipelines, automated data flows, APIs, cloud-based solutions, or AWS-enabled automation would be highly beneficial.
  • Experience working with, deploying, and driving business change through AI solutions, including practical application of tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude, identifying use cases, engaging stakeholders, supporting adoption, and translating AI capabilities into measurable business value.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with strong attention to data quality, data integrity, assumptions, and evidence-based recommendations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams and translate technical outputs into clear business messages.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or 8+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies, attribution, and tracking, as well as approaches to marketing causal attribution.
  • Deep understanding of the data product development lifecycle.
  • Strong programming skills in languages and frameworks such as Snowflake, SQL, dbt, Python, and Airflow — exact languages are not a requirement, but the ability and flexibility to learn is.
  • Deep experience and understanding of large-scale data warehouses, data modelling and analysis, and self-service data provision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Experience resolving complex engineering and communication challenges.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in marketing measurement, attribution, or tracking.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry.
