The
Data Processing Specialist (Quantum)
is responsible for managing and delivering complex market research data processing projects, transforming survey data into accurate and actionable outputs for clients. The role ensures high-quality data delivery through advanced analytical tools, effective stakeholder collaboration, process optimization, and the use of AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and standardization across operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, assess, and process all project materials and data provided by clients
  • Engage proactively with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, discuss technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery
  • Design, implement, and maintain data processing solutions using platforms such as Quantum, SPSS, Dimensions, and other relevant tools
  • Produce and validate data tables, reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and output files based on data from multiple sources
  • Perform advanced statistical calculations, modeling, data analysis, and quality assurance activities
  • Ensure all deliverables meet NIQ quality standards and are completed within agreed timelines
  • Lead the technical setup of projects and provide guidance on best practices and optimal deliverable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and ensure smooth delivery
  • Prioritize, structure, and independently manage high-complexity projects and competing workloads
  • Coordinate work allocation within the team and monitor task completion
  • Take ownership of project-related decisions in ambiguous situations and drive resolution
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies
  • Leverage AI tools to support questionnaire translation, workflow optimization, reporting automation, and process standardization
  • Contribute to quality management initiatives, operational KPIs, training frameworks, and continuous improvement programs
  • Participate in testing, adoption, and implementation of newly developed software and tools
  • Train, coach, and support colleagues in data processing methodologies, systems, and best practices
  • Provide guidance and day-to-day supervision to junior team members
  • Foster knowledge sharing and actively contribute to team capability development
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and operational procedures

Requirements

  • Advanced expertise in Quantum and Dimensions (TOM)
  • Advanced proficiency in data processing and analytical tools such as SPSS, Displayr, Python, R, C, or similar technologies
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; VBA/Macro knowledge is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of data processing, statistical analysis, and reporting methodologies
  • Working knowledge of project management and quality management principles
  • Experience working with AI tools and applying effective prompting techniques to improve productivity and outcomes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or higher)
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across global and cross-functional teams

YOUR MISSION
:

Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Data Analyst who will enable commercial teams navigate through data and make actionable data-driven decisions.

THE JOURNEY

  • Generate and maintain comprehensive internal reports and dashboards for the commercial team to monitor and identify opportunities for our partners.
  • Act as a commercial business partner and advisor for the commercial team on data related to promos and ads. This means accessing and processing the data in a way that answers those needs.
  • Ensure high data quality standards by maintaining accuracy and consistency across internal dashboards.
  • Recommend existing and new metric definitions to ensure our teams can easily use and find value in the data we provide.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and landscape and collect relevant insights to help the commercial teams to deliver the country's commercial strategy.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and draw conclusions related to profitability, orders, active promotions etc. based on stakeholder requests.
  • Standardize processes and reporting for enhanced efficiency.

Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or any related field
  • Significant professional experience with SQL (Python is a plus:) and data visualisation tools (Looker is preferred)
  • Good usage and knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel
  • Strong proficiency in English and Bulgarian
  • Good presentation skills and ability to work independently but also in departmental and cross-departmental projects.
  • Business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management
  • Critical reasoning
  • Capability of bridging analytical and communication skills for added-value impact
  • Comfortable in tracking/reporting on KPIs, dashboards
  • Hands-on attitude. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!

Data Science Manager
, you are a manager within External Manufacturing Central Service team working in close collaboration with internal colleagues and stakeholders identifying systemic process optimizations, developing reporting tools and assessing cross-functional data.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Identification of systemic process optimizations in the QA/QC area by linking various data sources and reporting structures (e.g., complaint data, product data evaluations in the form of quality reports).
  • Development and evaluation of solutions to cross-functional business challenges through the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions (machine learning, artificial intelligence, and deep learning).
  • Planning and execution of end-to-end projects with a focus on data science, Digital Transformation Applications (DTA), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), involving the IT interface partner.
  • Responsibility within QO for the GMP-compliant implementation of a system for digitized data availability, with an interface-validated concept for database access, timely and comprehensive data analysis, monitoring, and control of quality processes, e.g., complaint capture/evaluation/reporting as well as PQR, KPI, and certificate creation (CoA).
  • Creation, review, and administration of templates/data entry forms for KPI and quality reporting for quality control and quality assurance, as well as implementation of a timely quality management overview.
  • Alignment with internal stakeholders (including Quality, Production, Engineering, MS&T, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, HR) and the global point of contact for data analysis regarding data availability and preparation in order to support, digitally transform, optimize, and automate the above processes.

Your Skills And Experience

  • You have completed university degree in IT, mathematics, statistics, engineering or data science; ideally experience in collecting and interpreting analytical results
  • You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector or a related field
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a multidisciplinary data and analytics environment
  • Quick comprehension, independent working style, and sound practical knowledge of statistics including related tools
  • Good Office skills, SAP knowledge
  • Experience with TrackWise/Veeva, Databricks, Microsoft Power Platform tools, and Qlik Sense is a big advantage
  • Good knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and VBA
  • Very good English language skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with analytical and deductive thinking
