What will you do?

  • Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines
  • Manage Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters and containerized services
  • Automate repetitive tasks with Bash, Ansible, and similar tools
  • Maintain observability tooling – ELK stack, OpenTelemetry, APM tools
  • Partner with teams on architecture, security, and DevOps practices

What do we expect from you?

  • 3+ years of hands-on DevOps or platform engineering experience
  • Strong knowledge of security principles and vulnerability scanning
  • Strong understanding of containerization and microservices
  • Strong experience with GitOps and automation tooling – Ansible, Jenkins, ArgoCD
  • Production experience with Red Hat OpenShift and/or Kubernetes

🔷Bonus if you have

  • Infrastructure as code – Terraform, Pulumi, or similar
  • Service mesh – Istio, Linkerd, or similar
  • Secrets management – HashiCorp Vault, or similar
  • Cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or similar

Position

This is a strategic platform engineering role focused on building scalable cloud infrastructure, improving deployment automation and enabling engineering teams through modern DevOps practices.

Rather than maintaining servers, you’ll help design and evolve the underlying platform that supports product development across the organization. You will also play a key role in exploring how AI-assisted tooling can automate and optimize infrastructure and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
  • Drive Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, Pulumi, or similar technologies.
  • Build, optimize, and automate CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
  • Manage and improve Kubernetes-based environments.
  • Create reusable platform components, templates, and automation frameworks..
  • Develop self-service infrastructure solutions that enable engineering teams to provision and manage resources independently.
  • Improve platform reliability, observability, monitoring, and operational efficiency.

AI-Assisted DevOps

A key part of this role is helping define how AI can improve engineering productivity and reduce operational complexity.

  • Generating Infrastructure as Code configurations.
  • Automating CI/CD pipeline creation.
  • AI-assisted troubleshooting and incident analysis.
  • Log analysis and anomaly detection.
  • Deployment automation and operational workflows.
  • Evaluating tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codex, and similar solutions.

Candidate

  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or SRE environments.
  • Strong experience with Azure (or other major cloud platforms), Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Pulumi, or similar tools.
  • Strong background in CI/CD, deployment automation, platform reliability, observability, networking, and security.
  • Experience building scalable cloud platforms, self-service infrastructure, and developer enablement solutions.
  • Interest in AI-assisted engineering, operational automation, and modern developer productivity tools.
  • Experience with Platform Engineering, Internal Developer Platforms, MLOps, AI infrastructure, data platforms, or FinOps is considered a strong advantage.

We are looking for an experienced
Cybersecurity Solution Architect
to join our Cloud Identity & Security team.

This role is focused on designing and leading modern security and identity solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, helping customers secure identities, devices, applications, data, and cloud environments. While Microsoft technologies form the core of our delivery portfolio, we are looking for a professional with a broad cybersecurity background, strong architectural skills, and a solid understanding of cloud security principles across different platforms.

As a Cybersecurity Solution Architect, you will work closely with customers, project teams, and technical specialists to understand business and security requirements, define solution architectures, and guide the successful implementation of security initiatives. The role combines security architecture, customer advisory, and technical leadership, providing opportunities to influence both strategic direction and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Security Architecture & Solution Design

  • Design secure and scalable solutions across identity, security, compliance, and cloud domains.
  • Lead architecture activities throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and assessment through implementation and adoption.
  • Define target-state architectures, security roadmaps, and transformation plans.
  • Produce architecture documentation, design decisions, implementation guidance, and technical recommendations.

  • Support internal teams with architectural guidance, design reviews, and technical mentoring.
  • Contribute to the development of service offerings, delivery methodologies, and architectural standards.
  • Stay current with cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, cloud technologies, and Microsoft security capabilities.

Business Development Support

  • Support discussions around solution strategy, scope definition, and project planning when engaging with customers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer security posture and maturity through architecture-led initiatives.
  • Contribute technical expertise to proposals, solution designs, and customer presentations.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of professional experience
    in cybersecurity, security architecture, cloud security, identity management, infrastructure security, or related areas.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise security solutions.
  • Experience leading architecture activities within complex customer environments.
  • Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity principles and enterprise security architectures.
  • Experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance business requirements, security objectives, operational considerations, and technical constraints.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
