Our client is a technology solutions provider managing cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for a growing portfolio of applications. The role exists to own the CI/CD function and bring greater automation, reliability and scalability to the way software gets built and shipped.

The Role

You will automate deployment workflows, manage cloud infrastructure as code and keep the CI/CD pipelines running smoothly across environments. In your first six months, you will map the existing infrastructure, identify the biggest bottlenecks in the deployment process and deliver at least one meaningful improvement to pipeline efficiency or system reliability. You will be the person the engineering team depends on when they need to ship fast and sleep soundly.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience managing CI/CD pipelines in a cloud environment
  • Solid experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and containerised application management
  • Proven ability to monitor system health and resolve performance issues under pressure
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work closely alongside development and operations teams

Nice to Have

  • AWS, Azure or GCP certification
  • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale
  • Background in site reliability engineering or platform engineering

What's in it for You

€3,500 – €4,600 Gross / Month depending on experience and technical background. Hybrid working in Athens, 3 days in office and 2 from home. Early Friday departures during summer and a stable, supportive environment where good engineering is recognised.
