Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Cloud Security Subject Matter Expert (SME), actively supporting R&D and product teams in developing secure solutions.
  • Design secure cloud architectures and implement practical, automated, and scalable controls across services in partnership with DevOps, R&D, and Product teams.
  • Continuously assess cloud security posture, identifying gaps and opportunities to reduce risk and adopt best practices.
  • Implement, mature, and automate end-to-end cloud security controls across AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and self-managed systems.
  • Lead and improve vulnerability management workflows; communicate vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies to stakeholders, balancing business agility and security.
  • Own the full lifecycle of security initiatives from proof of concept (POC) and design to deployment and operation while promoting a security-first mindset.
  • Maintain and develop the team knowledge base.
  • Stay curious and enjoy working with modern security tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as Cloud Security Engineer, DevSecOps, or similar roles within an AWS environment.
  • Expertise in managing cloud security controls (IAM, Security Groups/ACLs, WAF, IDS/IPS, load balancing, proxies, VMs, serverless).
  • Experience securing Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
  • Proficiency with Python/Bash scripting and automation.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), preferably Terraform, and CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions).
  • Strong communication skills to influence and guide teams as a cloud security SME.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills for high-complexity environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • AWS certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Security - Specialty).
  • Experience with CSPM, CNAPP, CWPP, and EDR solutions.
  • Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (ISO, TSC, NIST) and their application to cloud environments.

Job Description

We are looking for Atlassian administrator to support our datacenter application suite. This position is responsible for maintaining testing instance and help business users to automate their processes.

We expect the Atlassian Administrator to:

  • Configure, maintain, and administrate Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk),
  • Configure and maintain Jira workflows, automation, integrations, and other platform functionality.
  • Manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs,
  • Work with users to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and identify appropriate solutions,
  • Collaborate with development, Linux, and other technical teams on platform maintenance and issue resolution,
  • Conduct training for employees and new hires on JIRA and also briefing the team/s on new functionalities,
  • Prompt issue resolution with JIRA Projects and Confluence in coordination with other admins, partner teams and Atlassian premier support.

Qualifications

Must-have skills:

  • 3 years’ experience administrating Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk),
  • Strong knowledge of JQL,
  • Experience with Jira Cloud,
  • Strong knowledge of Jira Automation and ScriptRunner,
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English,
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills,
  • Knowledge of both Scrum and Kanban methodologies,
  • Experience extending Atlassian products via code development is preferable,
  • Experience directly integrating Atlassian products with other systems is preferable.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience working with REST APIs,
  • Experience with Jira performance tuning,
  • Experience with Jira Data Center and/or Jira Cloud migrations.

to help drive the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our infrastructure and deployment processes. In this role, you'll tackle complex technical challenges, designing and implementing solutions that improve our system architecture and developer workflows. You'll play a pivotal role in guiding projects from design through production support, and you'll mentor junior engineers in DevOps best practices.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the reliability, performance, and security of critical production services from design to deployment, ensuring they meet our uptime and performance targets.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to build and maintain resilient infrastructure and efficient deployment pipelines.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and software deployments using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD tools, reducing manual work and errors.
  • Participate in and improve our 24×7 on-call process, swiftly troubleshooting incidents and performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Document and standardize processes and configurations, sharing knowledge to uplift the entire engineering team’s capabilities.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Software Engineering roles, with increasing responsibility in system design and operations.
  • Extensive experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) in production environments, including managing and scaling clusters.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet) to automate infrastructure provisioning.
  • Strong coding and scripting skills in languages like Python, Go, or Ruby, with the ability to build automation tools for system management.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP) and their services, with experience designing and operating cloud-based infrastructure at scale.
  • Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals in cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Experience setting up and tuning monitoring/alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.), and a thorough understanding of SRE best practices (SLIs, SLOs, incident management).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a track record of working effectively in collaborative team environments.
