The opportunity
As a Digital & Technology Risk Consultant / Senior Consultant, part of EY Consulting’s team in Greece, you will help clients navigate the complexities of the IT and emerging technologies landscape. By focusing on risk management aspects of information systems, technology transformation, and the wider space of digital and emerging technologies, you will support clients in safeguarding their operations and maintaining a competitive edge.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in projects to assess and manage risks associated with information systems, technology transformation and the adoption of emerging technologies.
  • Develop, document, and implement Digital & Technology Risk Management and control frameworks.
  • Manage data risks, maintaining appropriate data quality and governance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with digital, technology and data related regulatory requirements and international standards, optimizing compliance costs while maintaining robust controls.
  • Participate in digital, technology and business process reviews, including evaluation of the design and operation of application and general IT controls, reporting to management, stakeholders or supporting our clients’ digital & technology internal audit function.
  • Engage stakeholders through compelling presentations and discussions, fostering a collaborative environment for idea exchange and consensus building.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across all project deliverables.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in Digital & Technology Risk Management.

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • University degree in information technology, data science, digital & emerging technologies, business, accounting, engineering, or other related fields. An MBA or relevant Master's degree is desirable.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously expand technical and business skills in the area Digital & Technology Risk Management.
  • Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English.
  • Travelling availability and potential work on projects abroad.
  • Strong analytical skills and conceptual attitude.

Ideally, you will also have

  • Professional qualifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISK, CISSP, ISO 27000, ISO 20000, ISO 9000, ITIL, or other related to Digital & Technology Risk Management.
  • Knowledge of IT architecture and network design, operating systems, database management systems, statistics, modelling, and data analytics tools.
  • Understanding of business processes (e.g., Finance/ Accounting/ Financial Reporting, Procurement, Sales, etc).
  • Knowledge of business and accounting information systems (Accounting, Billing, Payroll, ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc), and/or Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) information systems.

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Pre-Sales Engineer to support our commercial strategy and contribute to our continued growth. The role involves close collaboration with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements, design appropriate technical solutions, and support new and existing business opportunities through presentations, demonstrations, and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Designing and Implementing projects for the Security Services Department
  • Responsible for supporting and installing all distribution products via phone or on site
  • Research new products and trends for the Security Department
  • Participate in presales meetings with potential resellers
  • Answer to RFP
  • Create technical offers for partners
  • Responsible for the training of the partners and perform PoC at selective partners
  • Responsible for preparing newsletter campaigns

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or similar technical role within a B2B environment, ideally within the IT industry (security, networking, or cloud preferred)
  • Strong ability to understand customer business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions
  • Experience supporting sales activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across commercial and technical teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is considered a plus

, you will work in a highly skilled team to perform various Penetration Testing and Red Teaming engagements for our domestic and international clients. Using your offensive skills, you will covertly breach our clients’ networks and provide recommendations to strengthen the client’s security posture. To sharpen your skills, you will be trained with the Offensive Security trainings; you will join the periodic Deloitte Global Ethical Hacking and Red Team knowledge exchange sessions, and perform research on the latest techniques and tools. Moreover, you will serve as a “Subject Matter Expert”, adding interpretive value to findings presented and be responsible for creating and executing custom penetration testing engagements to identify if client systems are vulnerable to security issues.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity or any related discipline
  • Familiar with penetration testing like Web Application, Mobile, Infrastructure and Vulnerability Assessments both on *nix and Windows environments.
  • Expertise using Kali Linux and tools like Burp, Metasploit, Covenant, Cobalt Strike, and Nessus.
  • Willingness to research new security testing techniques and tradecraft.
  • Experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
  • Consultant mindset, commitment to teamwork, and ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills in Greek and English.
