La Posición

Responsable de la gestión de Datos Maestros para la operación de la planta de Boehringer Ingelheim Promeco, brindando soporte a los negocios de Human Pharma (HP) y Animal Health (AH) dentro del entorno de Global Business Services (GBS) y los sistemas operacionales asociados.

Actúa como referente técnico/a y funcional para la administración de datos maestros, garantizando la calidad, integridad, disponibilidad y cumplimiento de los datos de acuerdo con los estándares corporativos, regulaciones GMP y requerimientos de calidad. Asimismo, lidera iniciativas de mejora continua, proyectos de implementación y actualizaciones de sistemas, promoviendo la alineación entre las distintas áreas de negocio y los equipos globales.

Tareas y Responsabilidades

  • Planificar, ejecutar y controlar las operaciones relacionadas con la gestión de datos maestros, asegurando que la información se mantenga actualizada, precisa, íntegra y disponible para toda la organización.

  • Proporcionar orientación a los equipos funcionales de la planta de producción sobre las tareas y responsabilidades para la gestión de datos de maestro de materiales.

  • Coordinar y monitorear los flujos de creación, modificación y mantenimiento de datos maestros con las diferentes áreas de la compañía, garantizando su cumplimiento dentro de los plazos establecidos.

  • Garantizar la disponibilidad y calidad de los datos en tiempo y forma, cumpliendo con los requerimientos de Sistemas de Calidad, Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP), Integridad de Datos (Data Integrity), sistemas computarizados y estándares corporativos de Master Data Management (MDM).

  • Diseñar e implementar soluciones y estrategias de gestión de datos maestros que contribuyan a la continuidad operativa del negocio y a la sostenibilidad de la información crítica.

Requisitos
:

Excluyentes

  • Contar con licenciatura preferentemente en área en Ingenierías y demás áreas exactas como matemáticas, física y tecnología de la información.

  • Experiencia mínima de dos años en posiciones relacionadas con Master Data Management o gestión de datos maestros.

  • Poseer mínimo dos años de experiencia en datos maestros o máster data.

  • Poseer experiencia con el sistema SAP modulo, MDG y S/4HANA.

  • Contar experiencia en la industria farmacéutica.

  • Poseer experiencia en Data Quality Manager, Data Governance, y Data Integration.

  • Poseer conocimiento en Excel.

  • Poseer nivel de Inglés Intermedio.

Deseable

  • Poseer experiencia en SAP Fiori.

  • Contar con formación universitaria en Tecnología de la Información, Ciencias de Datos o disciplinas relacionadas.

  • Poseer experiencia en Power BI.
