Network and Cyber-Security Administrator
for projects in Grid Software Area.

What are my responsibilities?

• Design secure industrial network architectures in line with cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST, NIS2, EPDK Cyber Security Competency Modal).
• Perform, develop, implement, and maintain system security administration on designated technology platforms, including operating systems, applications, and network security devices, in accordance with the defined policies, standards, and procedures
• Proficiency in security architectures, cybersecurity skills and knowledge of risk assessment techniques are also required
• Defining, implementing, and maintaining OT-specific cybersecurity solutions
• Preparation of technical documents, specifications, reports
• Conduct site visits, deliver cybersecurity training, and provide expert consultation to stakeholders.
• Lead and support cybersecurity projects through all phases, including FAT, SAT, and commissioning.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering or similar fields
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Network and Cyber-Security
• Strong knowledge of Complex IT systems and networks, software, hardware, and networking protocols
• Strong knowledge of Endpoint Security, Application Control, Device Control Solutions,
• Strong knowledge of networking (Switch, Firewall, Router Configuration), systems integration, applications and operating system hardening & cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of Network Monitoring Systems administration, installation & configuration
• Experience in Linux, Unix and Windows operating systems and platforms in an enterprise environment
• Experience in designing, deploying, and implementing core router / switch / firewall & security and data center networks in accordance with industry best practices
• Experience in routing protocols and WAN technologies including MPLS, DMVPN
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability analyzing and penetration testing tools.
• Knowledge about ICS related standard and regulations (e.g., IEC62443, NIS2, CRA, EPDK Cyber Security Maturity Modal etc.)
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, NSE4, CISA, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, etc.) are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and able to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Self-motivated, able to work in an independent manner and eager to take initiatives
• Professional Working Proficiency in English is a must and German is a plus

• Regularly disseminate knowledge and coach SOC Analysts through the development of incident response procedures and playbooks
• Continuously update and improve Incident Response processes and policies.
• Provide recommendations or take actions for SIEM/SOAR use cases, reports and dashboards
• Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities and rapidly implement proper detection methods to proactively enhance incident response capabilities
• Review and analyze security events regularly to detect malicious behaviors

Job Summary
We are looking for a Risk, Compliance & Application Security Executive to ensure our software products are secure and compliant with relevant regulations. This role will manage penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and oversee certification processes such as
PCI DSS
and
ISO 27001
.

Responsibilities:

• Manage PCI DSS (Service Provider Level 1) and ISO 27001 compliance and certification processes
• Analyze security vulnerabilities and propose effective technical and organizational controls
• Plan and coordinate internal and external penetration tests, and follow up on remediation
• Perform regular vulnerability assessments using tools such as Nessus, Qualys, etc.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare corrective action plans
• Use SIEM and GRC tools for monitoring and reporting
• Prepare for audits and manage relevant documentation
• Raise awareness across the organization on compliance and security best practices

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of PCI DSS and ISO 27001 frameworks
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g. Nessus, Qualys) and SIEM platforms
• Familiarity with GRC systems and compliance reporting
• Strong documentation, audit preparation, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in secure software development practices
• Familiarity with remediation follow-ups after penetration tests
• Relevant certifications (e.g. OSCP, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISA)
