We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of professional full-stack development experience, preferably involving TypeScript and React, a strong background working with LLMs or AI agents, and complete fluency in English.

| WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Drive the end-to-end development of full-stack product features, from conceptualization to deployment.
  • Partner closely with founders and clients to construct, deliver, and optimize AI agents and robust data pipelines.
  • Expand the platform's analytical capabilities to handle vast datasets and create adaptive marketing feedback mechanisms.
  • Influence product strategy, engineering methodologies, and the organizational culture within a dynamic startup setting.
  • Craft elegant and user-friendly interfaces, delivering highly refined and visually engaging frontends.
  • Construct reliable and resilient backend architectures, overseeing complex data management operations.
  • Interact firsthand with customers to collect insights and ensure product development aligns with user needs.
  • Utilize artificial intelligence tools to boost efficiency, while rigorously upholding accountability for output excellence.

| WHOM WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Demonstrated expertise in the deployment and operational management of SaaS solutions within live production settings.
  • Comprehensive background in overseeing the full development lifecycle of full-stack features, from initial concept to final deployment.
  • Exceptional aptitude for crafting intuitive user interfaces and meticulously building refined, aesthetically pleasing frontends.
  • Proficiency in constructing resilient and reliable data pipelines and agent-based systems, extending beyond conceptual prototypes, coupled with profound knowledge of backend architectures and intensive data handling.
  • Advanced skill in utilizing AI tools for efficiency gains, combined with unwavering accountability for quality and a strong ability to innovate and adjust rapidly without compromising sound engineering principles.
  • Competence in engaging directly with customers and serving as a credible spokesperson for the development team.
  • Working knowledge of or a rapid learning ability for essential stack technologies such as TypeScript, React, Vite, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Vercel, and ClickHouse.

| REMOTE WORK POLICY

In this role, you will work primarily on-site from our office in Munich. We also offer an on-demand remote setup if flexibility is needed. Should you need to relocate or travel for this role, your relocation and travel costs will be covered.
