hungry, scrappy Software Engineer
who thrives in a startup environment and is excited to build, solve problems, and move quickly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, figure things out, and take ownership without needing everything mapped out for them. You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats, learning new technologies when needed, and finding practical solutions when there isn't an obvious answer.

We're especially interested in engineers with
startup experience
who are motivated by building products, solving real problems, and making an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and improve full-stack web applications

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
  • Take ownership of projects and features from development through implementation
  • Quickly research and learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks as needed
  • Identify problems proactively and find practical solutions
  • Work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change quickly
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve product functionality and performance

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer / Developer
  • Experience building and maintaining production applications
  • Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

  • Experience working in small, lean engineering teams
  • Experience with modern web development frameworks and technologies
  • Experience working remotely with distributed teams
  • A track record of taking initiative beyond assigned tasks

What We're Looking For
We're not just looking for someone who can code. We're looking for someone who is:

  • Hungry — motivated to grow and take on bigger challenges
  • Scrappy — resourceful and able to figure things out without constant direction
  • Fast-learning — willing to learn whatever is needed to solve a problem
  • Hands-on — comfortable jumping into unfamiliar code or problems
  • Proactive — sees problems and opportunities instead of waiting to be told what to do
  • Startup-minded — comfortable with changing priorities and limited hand-holding
