Location

This is a full-time position. Following a comprehensive onboarding period at our HQ in central Zurich (if you are not located in the Zurich area), the role will be based remotely from Germany or Austria or onsite in Zurich.

As team collaboration is of great importance to us, we highly encourage remote team members to join us in Zurich at least once a month — these visits are financially supported by BLP.

Your Mission

As a versatile professional with a passion for technology, you’ll operate at the intersection of business and tech — leading end-to-end implementations of our Native-AI-powered ERP automation products. You’ll help customers reimagine their processes, maximize automation rates, and turn their AI initiatives into measurable success.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in driving results with full ownership, and want your work to have real business impact every single day, this role is made for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the implementation journey end-to-end — from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth delivery, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate complexity into clarity — design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with our engineering team to tackle technical challenges, adapt the system to customers’ unique processes, and ensure successful integration with existing systems.
  • Be the client’s trusted partner — anticipate needs, surface insights, and ensure they realise the full potential of blp’s automation.
  • Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans aligned with customer needs and drive deep product adoption.
  • Feed the product loop — translate feedback into long-term improvements to continuously evolve our platform.

What We’re Really Looking For

The following key attributes ensure success in this role:

  • Ownership & Autonomy – You take initiative, move things forward, and deliver results end-to-end.
  • Managing Ambiguity – You stay calm and effective when information is incomplete or goals shift.
  • Growth Mindset – You learn fast, seek feedback, and use it to raise your game.
  • Problem Solving & Critical Thinking – You approach challenges systematically, using logic and evidence to make decisions.
  • Customer-First Mentality – You think beyond implementation — you care deeply about business outcomes and user value.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills — you can translate business needs into technical action.
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients.
  • Experience with ERP environments or cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS solutions is a definite plus
  • Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage.

Benefits

  • High ownership environment – you shape your projects, outcomes, and career path.
  • Impact at scale – your work powers automation across global enterprises.
  • Cross-functional exposure – work with engineers, data scientists, and business leaders daily.
  • Real growth – fast-paced environment, steep learning curve, and structured career progression.
  • Employee ownership – be part of a self-financed, independent company with a best-in-class stock option programme.
  • Amazing team – become part of a driven and collaborative group of innovators.
