What You Will Do
As a Game Mathematician, you will play a key role in shaping the player experience by designing and analyzing the mathematical models behind our games. You will contribute across the full game development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Designing and developing mathematical models for casino games, including RTP, volatility, and overall game behavior.
  • Creating math for original titles for digital or land-based games.
  • Producing clear and detailed mathematical documentation (math models, game logic)
  • Testing and validating game outcomes using Excel, simulations, and internal tools
  • Supporting development teams with mathematical insights and ensuring accuracy throughout production

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., game design, mathematics, statistics)
  • Experience with real money casino games.
  • Solid experience with MS Excel and basic programming knowledge (C++, C#, or similar language)

Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders & functional teams, fulfilling their data needs and helping them to leverage analytics to improve their domains and act faster, and make better decisions
  • Assisting our clients in determining how to measure and analyze the effectiveness of their business
  • Consult clients to shape and define the role and success of analytics in their business
  • Design and develop reports/dashboards using various analytics and visualization tools
  • Continually optimizing existing reports/dashboards to improve performance benchmarking
  • Prepare and publish weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports/dashboards
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders and provide analysis, reporting and presentations to effectively communicate on insights and KPIs
  • Identifies and resolves any data quality issues by conducting both routine and ad-hoc data cleaning and testing
  • Using various tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets
  • Coaching and supporting key users to adopt the reporting tool.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with business partners, understand requirements, and provide accurate findings of analysis
  • Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI (preferably), Tableau or Qlik
  • Ability to analyze large datasets
  • Great analytical skills, self-driven and an eye for detail and quality
  • Solid SQL, Power (M) Query, DAX, Data Visualization
  • Experience with one or multiple cloud data stores - Databricks / Fabric / Snowflake / GCP / AWS and DWH concepts
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Good team and business communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills, and strong attention to detail; can walk through approach with technical clients or explain tricky concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira or similar).

Key Responsibilities

  • The role requires to effectively capture, document and manage reporting needs, including shaping, scoping and aligning to the business strategy, with focus in Operation Manufacturing model in use.
  • Lead development and automation of reports and dashboards related to manufacturing area.
  • Solid knowledge of standard costing principles, cost allocation processes, and variance analysis.
  • Conducts complex analysis, presents conclusions and provides advice.

  • Advises management on business development decisions.
  • Facilitate UAT‘s in relation to the report development
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, maintenance, and execution of developed reports.
  • Data preparation related to the regular report updates
  • Responsible for working with IT colleagues to resolve incidents and defects on the developed reports
  • Drive continuous improvement of report development processes and report functionalities.
  • Conduct trainings for business partners related to the report usage and functionalities

  • Act as expert and coach to help develop and mature the Data & Reporting Delivery Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or relevant professional experience, preferably in Manufacturing, business, or a numeracy-related subjects
  • Hand on experience with some of the BI products (Power BI, SAC or Tableau)
  • Experience working in Production system (Apriso, Infinity, … ) modules is desirable
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in Manufacturing and preferably finance areas
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to facilitate creation of data insights and visualisations
  • Excellent quantitative skills, ability to work with large amounts of data and draw conclusions out of them
  • Effective communication skills
  • Working proficiency in English

  • Commercial and financial understanding of revenue, margin, cost, pricing, promotions, investment and operational-performance drivers.
