About The Role
At Soniox, we’re redefining real-time speech AI — and we’re looking for a full-stack engineer to help us grow at the pace of our ambition. This is not a typical marketing or growth ops role. You’ll be building the growth engine itself — a system of software, data, automation, and experimentation that drives customer acquisition, activation, and revenue.

You’ll join a fast-moving, highly technical team where everyone writes code and ships product. We operate with clear goals, data-driven decisions, and a shared commitment to execution. If you love solving hard problems, building scalable systems, and seeing your work translate directly into growth — this role is for you.

In This Role, You Will

• Build our growth infrastructure — from web systems and onboarding flows to automation pipelines and referral engines.
• Automate customer acquisition across paid, organic, and community channels — using code, data, and generative AI.
• Integrate deeply with 3rd-party tools (Mailchimp, ad networks, analytics, etc.) to streamline and optimize every stage of our GTM funnel.
• Develop and run experiments to test new ideas, measure outcomes, and scale what works — quickly.
• Collaborate tightly with our product and ML teams to align growth initiatives with core capabilities.
• Own the stack behind our public-facing website, landing pages, analytics systems, and growth-related APIs.

You Might Thrive In This Role If You

• Are a full-stack engineer with experience across backend (Python, Django, APIs) and frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
• Have a strong grasp of data pipelines, decision logic, and analytics instrumentation.
• Are comfortable working with (or learning fast about) generative AI, LLM APIs, and prompt engineering.
• Love building systemic, scalable solutions instead of relying on manual growth ops.
• Know or are eager to learn the landscape of modern GTM tools — CRM, email, advertising, referrals, SEO, community, etc.
• Are obsessed with measurable impact, fast iteration, and getting things into production.
