Відповідальність:

  • Управління та координація систем звітності, аналітичної діагностики бізнесу компанії, її стратегічних напрямків.
  • Моніторинг досягнення планових показників, підготовка post-launchініціатив та розробка рекомендацій бізнесу щодо коригуючих дій, виявлення операційних, ідентифікації можливостей підвищення ефективності діяльності компанії, процесів та інструментів у співпраці з командами маркетингу, продажів і ІТ.
  • Допомога топ-менеджменту компанії в основних стратегічних проектах, проведення їх оцінки з економічної та фінансової точки зору для максимального використання потенціалу ринку.
  • Сприяння досягненню ключових бізнес-цілей компанії та комерційних бізнес-підрозділів через розбудову і підтримку аналітичної звітності, операційної діагностики, розробка аналітичних інструментів відповідно до стратегії бізнесу.
  • Розробка методики аналізу ключових комерційних ініціатив Компанії.
  • Аналіз та підтримка багатоканального інтегрованого підходу, аналізу рентабельності каналів надання послуг, проводячи оцінку ефективності маркетингових заходів та проектів і надаючи зворотний зв'язок. Аналіз впливу і ефективності кожного каналу надання послуг/ маркетингової активності та надання рекомендацій із оптимізації інвестицій.
  • Навчання аналітиків, організація роботи аналітичної функції, контроль результатів роботи аналітиків.

Профіль кандидата:

  • 6 років досвіду у аналітиці, стратегії, комерції, маркетингу.
  • Бажано досвід в сфері телекомунікацій, у комплексних бізнес-структурах.
  • Розширені знання і досвід роботи в маркетингу / аналізі ринку / таргетування / оптимізації просування і управлінні системою звітності.
  • Управлінський досвід не менше 2 років (люди/процеси/проекти).

  • Вміння працювати в умовах мультизадачності, розвинені навички побудови партнерських бізнес-відносин із Клієнтами та розвинені навички комунікації.
  • Орієнтованість на результат, відповідальність за впровадження змін, вміння швидко навчатися .
  • Досвід роботи в міжнародному середовищі.
  • Досвід ведення ділових переговорів.
  • Впевнене користування SQL.
  • Досвід аналітики CVM кампаній.
  • Досвід роботи з Power BI або аналогічними інструментами.
  • Програми MS Office: впевнений користувач MS Excel та Power Point (презентації, звіти, think-cell).

We are seeking a highly hands-on
Senior Data & AI Solution Architect
to lead solution design across enterprise data, analytics, and AI initiatives in a Microsoft-first environment. This role translates business requirements into secure, scalable, supportable architectures and guides delivery teams through design, prototyping, implementation, reviews, and production readiness. The ideal candidate combines strong architecture leadership with proven hands-on depth in Power BI, Azure data platforms, and enterprise AI enablement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end solution architecture for data, analytics, and AI use cases, with accountability for design quality, security, scalability, supportability, and cost.
  • Translate business needs into practical technical designs, target architectures, integration patterns, and delivery-ready implementation guidance.
  • Lead by example through hands-on prototyping, architecture reviews, troubleshooting, code/design reviews, and technical support for delivery teams.
  • Ensure security, governance, compliance, and operational readiness are built into solutions from design through production deployment.

Requirements:

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in senior solution architecture roles for enterprise data, analytics, and AI platforms.
  • 5+ years strong hands-on experience with Azure-based data platforms, including Azure Data Factory, Databricks, data lake architectures, SQL, and dimensional data modeling, with the ability to build practical end-to-end solution designs.
  • Strong experience with enterprise security, governance, and compliance, and the ability to work effectively with enterprise architects and guiding or regulatory functions to ensure solutions meet organizational standards and control requirements.
  • Enterprise AI enablement experience: designing solutions with Azure OpenAI and retrieval-augmented (RAG) patterns.
  • BI/analytics architecture experience with Power BI or a similar enterprise BI technology.

Advantages:

  • Deep hands-on expertise in Power BI architecture, including semantic models, DAX, Power Query, workspace strategy, governance, performance optimization, and enterprise reporting patterns.
  • Experience with Microsoft-first AI platforms and services such as Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Search, Semantic Kernel, Prompt Flow, and enterprise AI governance patterns.

Job Description

Validation Engineer
to join our engineering team and support the validation of next-generation IPU (Infrastructure Processing Unit) card solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Python-based automation, Linux system validation, simulation environments, and hardware/software debugging. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product functionality, quality, and performance throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain validation test plans for IPU cards using Python-based automation.
  • Design and enhance Python automation frameworks, test scripts, and validation utilities.
