Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with leaders to define KPIs, support ad-hoc requests, and continuously evolve the analytics maturity toward a fully data-driven HR function.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR Analytics
  • Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Sociology
  • Skills in statistical analysis, data modelling, dashboarding/visualization, and core data handling concepts
  • Ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive decisions
  • Experience with predictive analytics and insights

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards and supporting datasets on certified gold semantic models
  • Migrate legacy reports onto the gold model and automate recurring manual reporting (including end-of-quarter finance outputs), retiring untrusted or duplicated reports
  • Enhance, maintain and adapt data models to changing business and operational requirements, in line with the Group’s modelling and DAX standards
  • Build and deliver capabilities that enable business self-service around reporting, analytics and dashboarding
  • Validate outputs rigorously against certified definitions; troubleshoot and correct issues in existing reports
  • Apply AI-assisted development in daily work - LLM-assisted DAX, M and SQL, Copilot in Power BI, and automated data-quality and reconciliation checks - while owning the accuracy of what ships
  • Tune performance of models and reports (query folding, incremental refresh, aggregations)
  • Provide technical consultation to business partners across global offices and document what you build
  • Contribute improvements to the BI team’s ways of working - documentation, reusable patterns, quality checks - and implement them
  • Support a repeatable onboarding pattern as new Group entities adopt the shared BI platform

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong command of the Microsoft Power BI stack, with advanced DAX for data shaping and modelling and strong Power Query / M skills
  • Data visualization craft and command of best practices for executive and operational audiences
  • Rigorous validation habits - you treat reconciliation against certified definitions as part of the build, not an afterthought
  • Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders across time zones
  • Comfort using AI coding and analysis assistants productively and critically
  • Self-starter who can take a designed pattern and deliver volume against it with high quality

Experience Requirements

  • 4+ years of commercial experience in BI development or analytics, with substantial hands-on Power BI delivery
  • Data modelling experience with Tabular models; advanced DAX in production reports
  • Strong MS SQL Server / T-SQL experience; SSIS or modern pipeline tooling (e.g. Azure Data Factory / Fabric pipelines) is a plus
  • Experience migrating or consolidating legacy reporting estates is a strong advantage
  • Performance troubleshooting and tuning of Power BI models and reports
  • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Power BI deployment pipelines, or streaming datasets is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field, or compensating experience

We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer to build and scale the data infrastructure that powers our business intelligence platform. You'll work with massive volumes of ad server data, CRM data, and a variety of ancillary data sources to power real-time analytics by designing, maintaining, and enhancing pipelines that process billions of events.

This role sits at the intersection of ad-tech domain expertise and modern data engineering. You'll build systems that ingest data from SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, and various other data sources, transform it into actionable insights, and power dashboards that help our internal and external customers optimize campaigns, manage workflows, and drive efficiency and growth for everyone.
