The opportunity
Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization, a part of Information Security which, enables over 330,000 individuals across 140+ countries to access systems and information securely. As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team this position will contribute towards execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, including but not limited to security for, a complex Active Directory (AD) environment, hybrid cloud deployment, mobile computing, policy driven security, SSO, identity lifecycle management, and federation focusing on multiple protocols.

Your Key Responsibilities
IAM Identity Specialist is responsible to maintain and operate EY's Global Account Provisioning platforms in an efficient, secure manner. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, providing L3 support services for technologies including SailPoint IIQ, Microsoft Identity Management (MIM), Hitachi Self Service Password Reset (SSPR), Imanami Group ID, and other supporting technologies.

  • Monitoring the health and maintaining infrastructure that are on both Linux and Windows servers
  • Monitoring jobs/tasks to ensure it has completed successfully. Take corrective action for failures
  • Responding to incidents generated by monitoring alerts within defined SLA, and emails that have been raised
  • Partner and collaborate with global HR team for any changes and data driven issues.
  • Work closely with implementation and engineering for BAU issues, also raise items as needed to vendors.
  • Contribute to projects with a focus on ensuring production readiness.
  • Validating that infrastructure services are not interrupted after systems or configuration changes
  • Work on Service Now tickets which are raised from L2 teams.
  • Ensure processes and procedures are followed.
  • Maintain Service accounts and Certificates also make them complaint by resetting and renewing regularly as standards.
  • Collaborate with Service Management team to ensure operational deliverables like service documentation, knowledge materials, monitoring requirements and support structures are in place and updated as appropriate
  • Work with Change Management team to ensure product changes are appropriately communicated, documented and approved.
  • Periodically review and update global process documentation and knowledge materials
  • Communicate updates regarding supported projects, initiatives, developments and status to Identity Operations team and Leadership
  • Collaborate with Global Information Security and Security Operations to ensure supported services align with Code of Connection and any external security audits.

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Candidate should have solid understanding of IAM with expertise in SailPoint IIQ, Microsoft Identity Management (MIM) and Azure AD Connect (AADC).
  • Experience in all SailPoint IdentityIQ features like LCM, Reporting/Analytics and Certifications. Exposure in Java is a added advantage.
  • Detailed knowledge on the functioning of the MIM sync engine and different types of Connectors, Precedence, Run profiles, etc
  • Hands on experience in Azure AD Connect and Azure AD
  • Experience in Hitachi SSPR is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of the project management principles and practices
  • Experience with Database (MSSQL, MySQL)
  • Experience with Application Server such as Tomcat and Web Logic.
  • Experience in scripting mainly PowerShell and Beanshell
  • Maximize analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer requirements to develop solutions to satisfy various business requirements.
  • Partner with other global support teams to address issues while collaborating with colleagues in other regions and countries.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24*7 support structure.

To qualify for the role, you must have
Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Information Systems in a related role, with tangible, relevant, and demonstrated operation experience with Identity Management Solutions

Ideally, you’ll also have
Preferred certifications:
ITIL Foundation Certification, SailPoint IdentityIQ

The opportunity
As a Security Consultant within EY’s internal Global Information Security team, the individual will be a trusted security advisor to the Client Technology Platforms Delivery organization within IT Services. The Client Technology Platforms delivery organization is responsible for end-to-end delivery of technology programs and projects supporting EY’s Client Techmology service lines including delivery of a global managed services platform, big data and analytics solutions as well as individual line of business solutions and services. This role will directly engage in supporting a team of architects, engineers, and product managers for delivery on programs and projects, defining security risks and controls, providing security guidance, identifying and prioritizing security-related requirements, promoting secure-by-default designs and facilitating delivery of information security services throughout the system development life cycle (SDLC). The role will also develop and directly communicate appropriate risk treatment and mitigation options to address security vulnerabilities translated vulnerabilities into business risk terminology for communication to business stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support a technical team with a focuse on the following responsibilities:
  • Define security architectures and provide pragmatic security guidance that balance business benefit and risks
  • Engage IT project teams throughout the SDLC to identify and prioritize applicable security controls and provide guidance on how to implement these controls
  • Perform threat modeling and risk assessments of information systems, applications and infrastructure
  • Maintain and enhance the Information Security risk assessment and certification methodologies
  • Define security configuration standards for shared and multi-tenant platforms and technologies
  • Develop appropriate risk treatment and mitigation options to address security risks identified during security review or audit
  • Translate technical vulnerabilities into business risk terminology for business units and recommend corrective actions to customers and project stakeholders

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Significant working security experience and knowledge in the design, implementation, and operation of security controls in the following areas:
  • Identity and Access Management – Experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD) based Identity and Access Management and Authorization design and integration with API, IDaaS, and Federation technologies.
  • Cloud Security – Technical understanding of virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and public cloud offerings and experience designing security configuration and controls within cloud-based solutions e.g., Microsoft Azure and Azure PAAS services or another cloud platform (GCP, AWS, IBM, AliCloud, etc.)
  • Infrastructure Security – Experience with the integration of cloud native infrastructure security technologies and solutions into business solution architectures including the integration of identity & access management, Web Application Firewalls (WAFs), Application and API Gateways, intrusion detection and prevention, security monitoring, and data encryption solutions.
  • Application Security - Experience with the design and testing of security controls for multi-tier business solutions including the design of application-level access and entitlement management, data tenancy and isolation, encryption, and logging. Working familiarity with REST API and microservices architecture.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to appropriately balance firm security needs with business impact & benefit
  • Ability to facilitate compromise to incrementally advance security strategy and objectives
  • Ability to team well with others to facilitate and enhance the understanding & compliance to security policies
  • Although not required, it is preferred that candidates possess additional working security experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
  • Operational Security – Experience with defining operational security models and procedures for business solutions including the operation and maintenance of infrastructure and application security controls.
  • Information Security Standards – Knowledge of common information security standards such as: ISO 27001/27002, CSA and CIS Controls, NIST CSF, PCI/DSS, FEDRAMP.
  • Product Management – working with broader business and technology teams on aspects of security that affect all phases of PI Planning from concept to design to implementation and then operational support.
  • Agile & DevSecOps Methodologies – Experience promoting automated security features in pipelines and security testing as a central feature in Agile workflows as a contributing member within an Agile development or DevOps environment.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
  • Candidates are preferred to hold or be actively pursuing related professional certifications within the GIAC family of certifications or CISSP, CISM or CISA or similar cloud-security oriented certifications.
  • Five or more years of experience in the management of a significant Information Security risk management function
  • Experience in managing the communication of security findings and recommendations to IT project teams, business leadership and technology management executives

Role Summary
The Senior Okta App Migration Consultant will support the US client account within EY’s Cybersecurity / Identity & Access Management practice. This role is responsible for leading application migration and onboarding activities into Okta, supporting secure authentication and federation capabilities, coordinating testing and cutover readiness, and producing high-quality delivery documentation. The role requires strong hands-on Okta experience, client-facing communication skills, and the ability to drive migration activities across multiple stakeholders and environments.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead application migration and onboarding activities into Okta, including requirement gathering, design validation, implementation, testing, and production support.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to understand authentication methods, access requirements, dependencies, and migration constraints.
  • Configure and support SSO integrations using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0 for enterprise applications.
  • Implement and validate Okta sign-on policies, MFA requirements, user/group mappings, and access flows aligned with client expectations.
  • Support migration planning, test execution, cutover readiness, defect resolution, and post-go-live stabilization / hypercare.
  • Coordinate with application owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, and delivery leadership to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Troubleshoot complex authentication, federation, provisioning, and policy-related issues during onboarding and migration.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation including requirement documents, design documents, runbooks, KT materials, and status updates.
  • Support knowledge transfer to operations teams and mentor junior consultants where needed.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience in IAM with strong delivery experience in Okta application onboarding and migration.
  • Strong knowledge of Okta SSO integrations and authentication standards including SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
  • Experience with MFA implementation, sign-on policies, access policies, and secure authentication design.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory integrations, delegated authentication, and identity lifecycle considerations.
  • Experience supporting testing, defect remediation, cutover, and production stabilization for IAM / SSO migrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to create high-quality technical and operational documentation.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Okta Org2Org, tenant migration, routing rules, or large-scale identity transformation programs.
  • Experience with Okta APIs, Okta Workflows, or automation for onboarding and migration activities.
  • Exposure to Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins, or related CI/CD tooling.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, PingFederate, CyberArk, or SailPoint in hybrid IAM environments.
  • Prior experience in banking, financial services, or regulated environments.
  • Okta certifications such as Okta Certified Professional or Okta Certified Administrator.
