Who We Are
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance solutions within the client’s On Demand platform. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business and backlog requirements into well-defined technical solutions, driving detailed low-level design across frontend, backend, database, and workflow components. You will ensure all solutions align with platform architecture standards, best practices, and long-term scalability goals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Translate backlog requirements into end-to-end solution designs in collaboration with Product Owners and Platform Delivery Managers
• Define low-level design for features, covering frontend, backend, database, and workflow orchestration
• Design and document APIs for internal microservices and external API Gateway exposure
• Ensure alignment with client's architecture principles, scalability requirements, and security standards
• Produce clear technical designs using diagrams (system flows, interactions, data models, workflows)
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of the defined architecture
• Guide teams on best practices related to microservices, API design, and system integration
• Support technical discussions, estimations, and solution feasibility assessments
• Drive consistency across services, ensuring reusability and maintainability of solutions
• Work within Agile delivery frameworks, continuously refining designs based on feedback and evolving requirements

What You'll Bring Along

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong focus on solution architecture and system design
• Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices-based architectures
• Strong understanding of frontend (Angular), backend (Java), and database design principles (Oracle DB and MongoDB)
• Hands-on experience defining REST APIs and API Gateway patterns
• Solid experience with system modelling (e.g., architecture diagrams, workflows, data flows – tool agnostic)
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments with cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of scalability, performance optimization, observability, and secure design principles
• Experience in telecom or large-scale enterprise platforms is a strong advantage (nice to have)
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong documentation and solution presentation skills

Job Requirements
What we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong expertise in Java and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security
• Experience with frontend development and UI architecture; hands-on experience with Angular is a plus
• Strong understanding of RESTful design, HTTP, and distributed systems
• Proven experience applying software architecture principles and design patterns
• Deep experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Solid understanding of multithreading and concurrency
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical skills and a high degree of ownership
• Advanced written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Experience with Spring WebFlux and reactive systems
• Experience with Elasticsearch or other NoSQL / search technologies
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures

Responsabilités :

Après une phase de formation interne au sein de nos équipes, vous prenez en charge les demandes de mise en œuvre et d’évolution du SIRH de nos clients. En cela vous participez à l’analyse des besoins, réalisez le paramétrage et le développement spécifique, et, vous prenez en charge la phase de tests pour valider les résultats. En plus, vous allez participer au pilotage de la masse salariale afin de réaliser des simulations budgétaires efficaces grâce à une nouvelle solution de gestion prévisionnelle RH (une Solution SaaS complète qui s’adapte à tous les systèmes de Paie).

Analyser et paramétrer:

• Participer à l’élaboration de l’analyse technique et fonctionnelle et valider la solution technique à partir de l’analyse fonctionnelle
• Effectuer des recherches techniques au niveau des hypothèses et scenarios créés par le client
• Assurer le paramétrage ou le développement spécifique selon le cahier d’analyse du client (soit des demandes d’évolution soit de maintenance)
• Réaliser les tests unitaires

Former et conseiller:

• Participer à l’élaboration de la documentation nécessaire et aux formations dédiées de nouveaux collaborateurs et/ou client
• Etre force de proposition sur l’amélioration des méthodes et l’évolution des programmes
• Ponctuellement, assister nos clients en phase de recette (assistance via un outil de ticketing)

Réaliser un reporting :

• Présenter un point d’avancement, les difficultés rencontrées et les demandes d’arbitrage lors des revues avec le Chef de projet ou le Responsable de Clientèle.
