Vos missions :

  • Concevoir, dĂ©ployer et automatiser des infrastructures scalables, fiables et sĂ©curisĂ©es
  • Industrialiser les architectures et gĂ©rer les cycles de vie (GitLab, Ansible, Terraform, Python)
  • IntĂ©grer et industrialiser des composants d’IA et moteurs LLM
  • Mettre en place des solutions de sĂ©curitĂ©, sauvegarde/restauration et observabilitĂ©
  • Participer aux opĂ©rations de maintenance, optimiser les performances et rĂ©soudre les incidents
  • GĂ©rer les accĂšs, utilisateurs et permissions (AD, SSO, etc.)

Qualifications
🎯 Vos atouts pour nous rejoindre :
Vous avez plus de 8 annĂ©es d’expĂ©rience professionnelle dans l’exploitation et le maintien en conditions opĂ©rationnelles et sĂ©curitaires de S.I. client et vous avez une expĂ©rience solide sur les sujets suivants :

  • MaĂźtrise des concepts d’automatisation et d'Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  • Solides compĂ©tences en scripting (Python, Bash, Go, Rust, etc.).
  • ExpĂ©rience pratique avec les technologies de conteneurisation (Docker, Kubernetes) et les plates-formes de cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure, Scaleway).
  • ExpĂ©rience avec les outils de surveillance et de gestion des logs (Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, etc.).
  • Des certifications sur nos technologies phares, niveau ‘professional’, seraient un grand plus, (Terraform, Vault, Ansible, Redhat, Cloud public ou souverain).

Description du poste

Au sein de l’équipe Platform Engineering de Generix Group, vous contribuerez Ă  la construction, Ă  l’exploitation et Ă  l’amĂ©lioration de plateformes Kubernetes et OpenShift utilisĂ©es pour hĂ©berger les solutions du Groupe.

Vous intĂ©grerez une Ă©quipe internationale composĂ©e d’ingĂ©nieurs DevOps et Platform Engineering expĂ©rimentĂ©s, dans un environnement hybride combinant cloud public, infrastructures privĂ©es et automatisation GitOps.

Missions principales

AccompagnĂ© par les membres de l’équipe, vous participerez notamment Ă  :

  • l’administration et Ă  l’évolution de plateformes Kubernetes et OpenShift ;
  • l’automatisation des dĂ©ploiements Ă  l’aide de pipelines CI/CD et de pratiques GitOps ;
  • la crĂ©ation et l’amĂ©lioration de composants d’infrastructure as code ;
  • l’observabilitĂ© des plateformes : monitoring, alerting, logs et tableaux de bord ;
  • l’analyse et Ă  la rĂ©solution d’incidents techniques ;
  • la sĂ©curisation, la standardisation et la documentation des environnements ;
  • la mise en place de services self-service et de standards destinĂ©s aux Ă©quipes de dĂ©veloppement.

Les responsabilitĂ©s seront adaptĂ©es progressivement au niveau d’expĂ©rience et Ă  l’autonomie de l’alternant.

Environnement technique

Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, Helm, Argo CD, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, Linux, Azure, AWS, Prometheus et Grafana.

Qualifications

Étudiant en Ă©cole d’ingĂ©nieurs ou formation informatique de niveau Bac+4/Bac+5, vous disposez de premiĂšres connaissances en systĂšmes Linux, cloud, dĂ©veloppement, rĂ©seaux ou conteneurisation.

Vous ĂȘtes curieux, rigoureux et motivĂ© par l’automatisation, les plateformes cloud et les environnements Kubernetes. Vous apprĂ©ciez le travail en Ă©quipe, la rĂ©solution de problĂšmes techniques et souhaitez Ă©voluer progressivement vers un mĂ©tier de Platform Engineer ou DevOps Engineer.

Un niveau d’anglais permettant de travailler dans un environnement international est attendu.

You will be part of a team of
5 people
, including a Manager, a Product Manager, and 3 Developers. This young team was born from the strategic split of the Database department to focus exclusively on non-relational databases. You will work on customer-facing products with modern stacks and no heavy legacy, participating in a strong dynamic of camaraderie and technical excellence.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

  • Contribute to the consolidation and development of major database products in Scaleway's product ecosystem : Redis and MongoDB.
  • Maintain the production to high standards of quality for performance, stability and resilience
  • Deploy products to new geographical regions as part of Scaleway's global expansion
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to teammates
  • Contribute to internal documentation and the development of technical best practices

About You
HARD SKILLS:

  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes administration and cluster management
  • Experience with deployment tools like Helm, ArgoCD, and Flux
  • Proficiency in GoLang development preferred, but otherwise demonstrated experience in a programming language
  • Familiarity with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
  • Familiarity with Redis, MongoDB, or other NoSQL technologies

Tasks

  • Develop and maintain automated tools for the SOC, CSIRT, and Trust & Safety teams
  • Equip field security teams with robust, tailor-made technical solutions
  • Adapt internal security tools to support the company's evolving corporate security requirements
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams across Scaleway
  • Support operations within a highly secure, SecNumCloud-compliant environment
  • Continuously optimize scripts and workflows to streamline threat detection and remediation

About You
HARDSKILLS:

  • Intermediate to advanced experience in software development and tool creation
  • Strong appetite and interest in cybersecurity concepts, threat environments, or SOC/CSIRT operations
  • Proven track record of working closely with infrastructure or production teams
  • Ability to build clean, maintainable code for automation and internal tooling
  • Familiarity or experience with regulated/highly secure cloud compliance frameworks (SecNumCloud environment) is a strong asset

The team owns Scaleway's Object Storage product and is responsible for expanding its capabilities, improving its reliability and performance, and enabling the deployment of new regions and service classes. You will work closely with the Beekeeper engineering team, which develops our in-house Software Defined Storage solution, and with the Storage SRE team responsible for production operations.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

  • Design, deploy and operate new features for Scaleway's in-house Object Storage platform
  • Contribute to the opening of new Availability Zones and Regions
  • Improve the performance, scalability and reliability of a storage infrastructure
  • Ensure the operational excellence of the platform through preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Participate in the Level 2 on-call rotation and troubleshoot complex production incidents
  • Collaborate with Data Center teams on hardware-related operations
  • Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using Infrastructure-as-Code practices
  • Contribute to technical documentation and onboarding materials

HARDSKILLS:

  • 5+ years of experience operating large-scale Linux infrastructures
  • Strong understanding of high-load, distributed infrastructure (hardware, networking, low-level storage like SSDs/NVMe/RAID, or Ceph/S3 APIs)
  • Solid experience with Linux system administration, networking and infrastructure automation
  • Ability to read and understand Go code to debug internal tooling, contribute to its evolution, or propose architectural improvements
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible, GitLab CI/CD and scripting
  • Good knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
