Quelles activités

  • Analyser l'existant et proposer une stratégie d'automatisation adaptée aux contraintes du projet ;
  • Concevoir, mettre en place et maintenir les pipelines CI/CD (build, test, déploiement, monitoring) ;
  • Automatiser les processus de build, de test et de livraison pour réduire les délais et les risques ;
  • Mettre en place et maintenir les environnements de conteneurisation (Docker, Podman) et d'orchestration ;
  • Contribuer à la gestion de la configuration et à la cohérence des environnements (dev, intégration, prod) ;
  • Assurer le suivi de la qualité logicielle via l'intégration d'outils d'analyse statique et de couverture de tests ;
  • Accompagner et former les équipes de développement aux pratiques DevOps ;
  • Rédiger la documentation technique associée (architecture, procédures, runbooks) ;
  • Être force de proposition sur l'amélioration continue des processus et des outils.

  • Équipe : Intégré·e dans les équipes de notre client, vous restez pleinement connecté·e à la communauté SOLENT via nos événements internes, vos points d'équipe mais aussi grâce aux communautés (ex. club d'escalade ou de jeux de société).
  • Encadrement : La méthode SOLENT, un management technique de proximité (avec des points de suivi individuel réguliers et des réunions d'équipe hebdomadaires), un onboarding structuré et un accès permanent à nos experts pour accélérer votre montée en compétences. Des réunions de suivi avec votre manager et le client sont organisées au moins une fois par semestre.

Vous êtes...

  • Diplômé·e d'une école d'ingénieurs ou d'un cursus universitaire (bac +5 à bac +8) en informatique ou génie logiciel ?
  • Vous justifiez de 3 à 6 ans d'expérience en DevOps, avec une vraie maîtrise de la mise en place de pipelines CI/CD ?
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils de conteneurisation (Docker, Kubernetes) et les environnements Linux ?
  • Vous savez scripter en Bash ou Python pour automatiser des tâches complexes ?
  • Vous avez déjà travaillé sur des projets impliquant de la gestion de configuration (Ansible, Terraform ou équivalents) ?
  • Vous aimez accompagner les équipes de développement et évangéliser les bonnes pratiques DevOps ?
  • Vous êtes rigoureux·se, curieux·se, avec un sens aigu de la qualité et de la fiabilité ?
  • Vous avez un esprit critique, un sens du service, et vous savez formaliser clairement vos idées ?

Description du poste

Au sein de l’équipe Platform Engineering de Generix Group, vous contribuerez à la construction, à l’exploitation et à l’amélioration de plateformes Kubernetes et OpenShift utilisées pour héberger les solutions du Groupe.

Vous intégrerez une équipe internationale composée d’ingénieurs DevOps et Platform Engineering expérimentés, dans un environnement hybride combinant cloud public, infrastructures privées et automatisation GitOps.

Missions principales

Accompagné par les membres de l’équipe, vous participerez notamment à :

  • l’administration et à l’évolution de plateformes Kubernetes et OpenShift ;
  • l’automatisation des déploiements à l’aide de pipelines CI/CD et de pratiques GitOps ;
  • la création et l’amélioration de composants d’infrastructure as code ;
  • l’observabilité des plateformes : monitoring, alerting, logs et tableaux de bord ;
  • l’analyse et à la résolution d’incidents techniques ;
  • la sécurisation, la standardisation et la documentation des environnements ;
  • la mise en place de services self-service et de standards destinés aux équipes de développement.

Les responsabilités seront adaptées progressivement au niveau d’expérience et à l’autonomie de l’alternant.

Environnement technique

Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, Helm, Argo CD, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, Linux, Azure, AWS, Prometheus et Grafana.

Qualifications

Étudiant en école d’ingénieurs ou formation informatique de niveau Bac+4/Bac+5, vous disposez de premières connaissances en systèmes Linux, cloud, développement, réseaux ou conteneurisation.

Vous êtes curieux, rigoureux et motivé par l’automatisation, les plateformes cloud et les environnements Kubernetes. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe, la résolution de problèmes techniques et souhaitez évoluer progressivement vers un métier de Platform Engineer ou DevOps Engineer.

Un niveau d’anglais permettant de travailler dans un environnement international est attendu.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

  • Contribute to the consolidation and development of major database products in Scaleway's product ecosystem : Redis and MongoDB.
  • Maintain the production to high standards of quality for performance, stability and resilience

You will be part of a team of
up to 5 engineers.
The team owns Scaleway's Object Storage product and is responsible for expanding its capabilities, improving its reliability and performance, and enabling the deployment of new regions and service classes. You will work closely with the Beekeeper engineering team, which develops our in-house Software Defined Storage solution, and with the Storage SRE team responsible for production operations.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

  • Design, deploy and operate new features for Scaleway's in-house Object Storage platform
  • Contribute to the opening of new Availability Zones and Regions
  • Improve the performance, scalability and reliability of a storage infrastructure
  • Ensure the operational excellence of the platform through preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Participate in the Level 2 on-call rotation and troubleshoot complex production incidents
  • Collaborate with Data Center teams on hardware-related operations
  • Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using Infrastructure-as-Code practices
  • Contribute to technical documentation and onboarding materials

HARDSKILLS:

  • 5+ years of experience operating large-scale Linux infrastructures
  • Strong understanding of high-load, distributed infrastructure (hardware, networking, low-level storage like SSDs/NVMe/RAID, or Ceph/S3 APIs)
  • Solid experience with Linux system administration, networking and infrastructure automation
  • Ability to read and understand Go code to debug internal tooling, contribute to its evolution, or propose architectural improvements
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible, GitLab CI/CD and scripting
  • Good knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana

SOFT SKILLS:
