Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit Strategy and Methodology, the Internal Audit Methodology and Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality, effectiveness, and consistency of ABB's Internal Audit services. This role leads the design and execution of the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP), owns the internal audit methodology and drives continuous improvement and capability building across the audit team.

Your Responsibilities
Internal Audit Methodology

  • Own, maintain, and continuously update the internal audit methodology in alignment with IIA Standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Perform quality review of audit SOPs, templates, tools, and working paper standards to ensure they comply with internal audit methodology requirements.
  • Monitor updates to IIA Standards and regulatory requirements; trigger and manage methodology review cycles.

Management of the Quality Assurance Improvement Program

  • Perform ongoing internal assessments (engagement-level quality reviews and periodic self-assessments) to evaluate conformance with IIA Standards and internal methodology.
  • Own the quality metrics dimension of the Audit Performance Dashboard, define Key Quality Indicators and reporting frameworks.
  • Monitor and prepare reports on quality metrics and trends to the Audit Committee, Audit Management team and global audit team.
  • Track corrective actions to closure and validate remediation effectiveness.

Continuous improvement initiatives and training

  • Design and deliver training sessions to upskill the audit team on methodology updates, quality standards, and emerging audit topics.
  • Facilitate lessons-learned exercises based on quality reviews
  • Maintain and enhance the internal audit knowledge repository, including audit case studies, lessons learned, best practice examples, and methodology documentation.
  • Lead quality-driven improvement initiatives based on QAIP findings, lessons learned, and benchmarking insights.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Certifications: CIA, CISA, or similar certification is a strong plus.
  • Minimum 8 years in an internal audit, process management, or operational excellence role.
  • Solid understanding of internal audit processes and the IIA Standards.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing Internal Audit QAIP programs.
  • Experience as External Quality Assessor is a plus.
  • Experience with audit management software and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Quality mindset with strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Leadership and influencing skills to drive change across a diverse, global audit team.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.

Purpose and Scope
Independently completing standard quality assurance activities as well as complex and non-standard quality assurance activities in the affiliate.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Performs and records all activities that are governed by Good Distribution Practise Guidelines (GDP Guidelines) as defined in the (global) Quality Management System (for example on QA oversight of Product Storage and Distribution, nonconformance management, product complaint handling change control, supplier management and annual product review) and identifies and implements improvements to the QMS to correct inefficiencies and non-conformances
  • As needed, supports with inspection management for the wholesale dealer license (or equivalent license), specifically during inspections and recalls.
  • Represents Affiliate QA in complex local and global project teams, such as product launches.
  • Escalates to Affiliate Head any complex and urgent QA activities such as potential recalls, significant quality issues and urgent changes.
  • As needed, performs final QA acceptance of all QA records (apart from product returns)
  • Acts as a role model for the Quality Culture in the affiliate.

Essential Qualifications

  • (University) degree in a science/health-related subject.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in a comparable role in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Significant experience of implementation and understanding of GDP, GMP and Quality Management Systems
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Good organizational, coordination, diplomatic, negotiation, presentation and communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Trackwise (Digital), Veeva and SAP systems
  • Experience in supporting regulatory interfaces such as inspections and audits

Für ein zwölfmonatiges Proof-of-Concept-Projekt
zur Evaluierung einer neuen Workforce-Zeitwirtschaft suchen wir eine erfahrene Fachkraft für fachliche Systemtests (User Acceptance Testing – UAT).

Im Fokus steht die fachliche Validierung einer Workforce-Lösung in einer komplexen industriellen Produktionsumgebung mit mehreren Standorten und über 3.000 Mitarbeitenden sowie unterschiedlichen Arbeitszeit- und Vergütungsmodellen.

Sie prüfen die Systemlogik der Zeitwirtschaft, analysieren Prozessabweichungen und stellen die stabile Integration in nachgelagerte Payroll-Prozesse sicher. Damit leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Qualität und Weiterentwicklung der zukünftigen Zeitwirtschaftsprozesse.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung fachlicher Testkonzepte, Testfälle und Testszenarien für Zeitwirtschafts- und Payroll-Prozesse
  • Ableitung und Validierung von Testszenarien auf Basis bestehender SAP-HCM-Prozesse
  • Abbildung und Prüfung komplexer Tarif- und Betriebsvereinbarungen (z. B. Akkordlohn, Schichtmodelle, Zuschlagslogiken)
  • Durchführung strukturierter End-to-End-Tests (UAT) in der Workforce-Testumgebung
  • Validierung von Zeitmodellen, Zeitbuchungen, Schichtplanung, Zuschlagsberechnungen, Abwesenheiten sowie Mehrarbeit und Überstunden
  • Prüfung von Sonderfällen wie Kurzarbeit, Schichtwechseln und tariflichen Ausnahmeregelungen
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Integration zwischen Zeitwirtschaft und Payroll sowie Analyse relevanter Datenflüsse und Schnittstellen
  • Bewertung möglicher Auswirkungen auf Entgeltabrechnung und Abrechnungssicherheit
  • Identifikation, Analyse und strukturierte Dokumentation von Systemabweichungen, Bugs und funktionalen Einschränkungen
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Testberichte sowie Bewertung der operativen Tragfähigkeit der Lösung

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zeitwirtschaft, Payroll, SAP HCM oder Workforce Management
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der fachlichen Durchführung von System- und Funktionstests (UAT)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP HCM sowie Erfahrung mit Workforce- bzw. Zeitwirtschaftssystemen

Mission
Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recherchons au sein de notre filiale EMC, située à Achères (78), notre futur Chef de projet Essais H/F.

Le Chef de Projet Essais est responsable de la planification, de la coordination et du pilotage des activités de validation des composants automobiles aéronautiques, ferroviaires Il garantit la conformité des produits aux exigences clients, aux normes réglementaires et aux objectifs qualité, coût et délai du projet.

Vos Missions Seront Les Suivantes
Pilotage de projet :

  • Élaborer et suivre le planning des essais et validations,
  • Définir les ressources nécessaires (moyens d’essais, laboratoires, sous-traitants....),
  • Assurer le suivi budgétaire des campagnes d’essais,
  • Organiser les réunions d’avancement et assurer le reporting projet,
  • Identifier et gérer les risques liés aux activités de validation,

Définition et suivi des essais

  • Analyser les cahiers des charges clients et les spécifications techniques,
  • Définir les plans de validation et les protocoles d’essais avec les équipes exploitation essais,
  • Piloter les essais fonctionnels, mécaniques, environnementaux, climatiques, vibratoires, électriques ou de durabilité selon le type de composant,
  • Coordonner les laboratoires internes et externes au groupe,
  • Garantir la conformité des essais aux normes en vigueur,

Déplacements à prévoir,

Profil
De formation Master ou Ingénieur, vous possédez des compétences en mécanique, électronique, mécatronique, ainsi qu'en gestion de projets techniques.

Vous possédez une première expérience des essais mécaniques, climatiques, vibratoires et fonctionnels.

La connaissance des normes automobiles (ISO, IEC, SAE, ... ) est un plus.

Doté d’excellentes capacités de communication et de coordination, vous êtes organisé, rigoureux, et faites preuve d’un solide esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.

La maîtrise du Pack Office et de l'anglais est nécessaire pour ce poste.
