What You’ll Do
The focus of this role would be to lead the supplier development team in supporting Eaton production plants with supplier quality related processes (complaint, cost and DMR fee recovery, problem solving, PPAP) for Electrical, Aerospace and GEIS manufacturing EMEA sites. Additionally, the role will drive continuous improvement projects with Pune CoE and drive special programs like Supplier Quality Improvement projects focused on improving key Leading and Lagging indicators of poor performing suppliers across EMEA. The role will execute Digital projects in alignment with corporate guideline.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead DMR cost recovery process for all EMEA plants, identify Cost of Poor Quality linked to upstream supply chain, engage supply chain stakeholders across Eaton and supplier base to ensure effectiveness in Cost recovery process.
• Drive Continuous improvement programs across CoE (Pune+Budapest) to standardize recovery and RTV processes
• Actively support EMEA plants with supplier complaints (DMR) by driving problem solving activities until resolved.
• Drive Special programs with Eaton External Suppliers focused on improve key performance indicator for Poor performing suppliers.
• Support closure of High Severity Customer Quality Escape across EMEA region.
• Participate in corporate driven strategy meetings and support in driving improvement through bowler chart.
• Mentoring and continuously training the team and Eaton plants with problem solving and cost recovery processes.
• Lead proactive discussion with production plants to standardize Supplier Quality process and fully utilize Budapest Supplier Development team.
• Lead supplier quality support for Distributing Centers in ES EMEA to reduce number of quality issues.
• Develop Team competency to maintain Budapest office as a COE for Supplier Quality Function.
• Proactively drive supplier to implement corrective actions through standardised process (8D) within assigned time.
• Learn, share, and implement Corporate quality processes into EMEA plants and Distributing Centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• 5+ years in Quality, and 3+ years in a leadership role

Főbb Feladatok

• Saját gyártású csomagolóanyagok mennyiségi és minőségi ellenőrzése, jóváhagyása;
• Gyártási folyamatokra vonatkozó utasítások betartása;
• Csomagolóanyag gyártási folyamatokhoz tartozó dokumentáció kezelése és ellenőrzése;
• Üzemi higiénia betartása;
• A Helyes Gyógyszergyártási Gyakorlat (GMP) követelményeinek megfelelő munkavégzés biztosítása.

A munkakör betöltéséhez szükséges:

• Középfokú végzettség;
• Adminisztratív és/vagy minőségellenőri munkakörben szerzett tapasztalat;
• Két műszakos munkarend vállalása a Tóth Árpád utcai telephelyünkön (06:00-14:30 és 14:00-22:30);
• Felhasználói szintű számítógépes ismeretek (MS Office);
• Alapfokú angol nyelvtudás (előny).

Munkakör Célja

• Gondoskodik a nemzeti szabályozó hatóság által előírt követelményeknek való megfelelőségről a gyógyszer-nagykereskedelmi tevékenység során.
• Eljárásokat és dokumentumokat tart fenn az alkalmazandó szabályozási követelményeknek való megfelelőség biztosítása érdekében.
• Minimálisra csökkenti az egészségügyi termékek szállításához kapcsolódó kockázatokat, irányítja a belső, az ügyfél által kezdeményezett valamint a hatósági auditokat, inspekciókat.

Főbb Feladatok

• GDP/GMP tevékenységgel kapcsolatos feladatok ellátása

• Beérkező termékek minőségértékelése, és dokumentálása.
• Áruszállítmányokhoz érkező minőségi bizonylatok kezelése
• A GDP/GMP irányelveknek való megfelelés biztosítása
• Reklamációk, eltérések, nem megfelelőségek kivizsgálása, javító, megelőző intézkedések meghatározása, kivitelezés ellenőrzése, hatékonyságának értékelése
• Kockázatelemzések készítése
• Önellenőrzés, belső audit és partner audit végzése
• Kapcsolattartás ügyfelekkel

• A cég Minőségbiztosítási rendszerének karbantartásában aktív résztvétel, szabályzatok, munkautasítások készítése, felülvizsgálata, oktatása

Your responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding 0 km and field complaints.
• Lead and coordinate the 8D process, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and warranty claims.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across plants, development, suppliers, and internal quality functions.
• Monitor complaint-related KPIs, trends, analysis times, and warranty costs.
• Coordinate customer complaint meetings and supplier-related topics.
• Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and process optimization.
• Act as the first escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate Customer Complaint Board (CCB) meetings.
• Monitor and report analysis times, trends, and relevant quality KPIs to management and the respective organizational units.

Your profile

• University degree in Engineering or comparable relevant technical qualification/experience, particularly in E/E.
• Advanced knowledge of automotive quality core tools and methods.
• At least 3 years experience in project management and/or hardware development.
• Ability to coordinate and lead small cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English.
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis and 8D methodology.
• Experience in automotive warranty, quality, or customer complaint management is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong customer orientation and a solution-focused mindset.
• Analytical, systematic, structured, and self-directed approach to work.
• Excellent communication, presentation, moderation, and negotiation skills.
