THE ROLE
We are looking for a
CRO Specialist
to own and grow conversion performance across one to two e-commerce brands. This role focuses on running structured experiments, improving conversion rate, increasing AOV, and driving overall profitability. You will lead optimization efforts while working with a dedicated team of designers, developers, and web designers who support execution.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion rate optimization for 1–2 e-commerce brands
• Plan, prioritize, and run split tests across key pages and funnels
• Drive continuous improvement in conversion rate, AOV, and overall profitability
• Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and test results to identify opportunities
• Build clear test hypotheses and maintain a structured testing roadmap
• Work closely with designers, developers, and web designers to execute tests
• Monitor experiment performance and turn insights into next actions
• Share learnings and recommendations with stakeholders

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience running A/B or split tests in e-commerce
• Strong understanding of CRO metrics, AOV, and profitability drivers
• Comfortable working with data, analytics, and experiment results
• Experience collaborating with design and development teams
• Ability to take ownership and make decisions based on performance outcomes
• Strong communication skills and clear thinking

FIXED SERVICE FEE
2,000 - 3,000 euros after taxes depending on your skills, competencies, and experience.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
❕This role is 100% remote.

• Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET - UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
• For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours - it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy.
• (This doesn’t apply to part-time roles.)

• ფინანსური მოდელების აწყობა და საპროგნოზო ფინანსების მომზადება;
• კლიენტის მოთხოვნის დაზუსტება, ფინანსირების სწორი სტრუქტურირება და საჭიროების შემთხვევაში ცვლილებების რეკომენდება;
• საკრედიტო განაცხადის მომზადება და კომიტეტზე წარდგენა;
• საკრედიტო რისკების დროული აღმოჩენა და რეაგირება;
• პორტფელში არსებული კლიენტების მონიტორინგი;

სავალდებულო მოთხოვნები:
განათლება:

უმაღლესი განათლება: ეკონომიკა / ფინანსები / ბიზნესის ადმინისტრირება / მათემატიკა.

სამუშაო გამოცდილება:

ბანკში, აუდიტში ან ფინანსების მიმართულებით მინიმუმ 2 წლიანი სამუშაო გამოცდილება

სავალდებულო ცოდნა, უნარები:

• ძირითადი ფინანსური უწყისების მაღალ დონეზე ცოდნა და ფინანსური კოეფიციენტების ანალიზი;
• MS Office პროგრამების სრულყოფილი ცოდნა;
• სასურველია ინგლისური და რუსული ენების ცოდნა;
• ანალიტიკური და ლოგიკური აზროვნების უნარი;
• კარგად განვითარებული კომუნიკაციური უნარები –აზრის ნათლად და ლოგიკურად გამოხატვის უნარი წერით და ზეპირად;
• სამუშაოს დადგენილ ვადებში შესრულების უნარი.
