  • supporto alla gestione e alla rendicontazione di programmi finanziati da fondi pubblici ed europei (ad esempio PNRR, fondi strutturali e di coesione), inclusa la definizione dei KPI e il monitoraggio dei risultati;
  • coinvolgimento e coordinamento degli stakeholder rilevanti (funzionari pubblici, cittadini, attori istituzionali e privati) a supporto di iniziative di co-progettazione e change management.

Come As You Are- Le tue competenze e caratteristiche
Il candidato ideale possiede:

  • una laurea in Economia e/o Ingegneria Gestionale;
  • un percorso di studi preferibilmente orientato a: organizzazione e amministrazione aziendale, finanza e controllo, organizzazione delle pubbliche amministrazioni, trasformazione digitale, appalti pubblici;
  • un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, preferibilmente accompagnata da esperienze di studio o lavoro all'estero;
  • una buona conoscenza delle metodologie di valutazione delle politiche e dei programmi pubblici e dei relativi sistemi di monitoraggio (ad esempio progettazione di KPI e indicatori, quadro logico/teoria del cambiamento, analisi costi-benefici, valutazione d'impatto);
  • buone competenze quantitative e di analisi dei dati, con capacità di interpretare le informazioni a supporto dei processi decisionali (conoscenza di Excel richiesta; costituirà titolo preferenziale la familiarità con strumenti di data visualization o analisi statistica come Power BI).

The successful candidate has:

  • a degree in business and/or engineering management;
  • studies preferably focused on: business organization/administration, finance and control/organization of public administrations/digital transformation/public procurement;
  • an excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study/work experience abroad.
  • sound understanding of policy and program evaluation methodologies and monitoring frameworks (e.g. KPI/indicator design, logical framework/theory of change, cost-benefit analysis, impact assessment);
  • good quantitative and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data to support decision-making (knowledge of Excel required; familiarity with data visualization or statistical tools such as Power BI)

This opportunity is offered as either a paid internship with a monthly allowance of €1,000 or a standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a starting gross annual salary of €29,000. Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting requirements analysis sessions with stakeholders (Finance, Program Management, Management Control)
  • Contributing to the design of to-be processes in the planning, budgeting and tax reporting space
  • Supporting functional configuration activities for Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning/PBCS, Tax Reporting) and, where required, Oracle ERP Cloud modules (GL, AP)
  • Managing evolutive and corrective maintenance activities on live EPM applications, including service requests and configuration interventions
  • Acting as functional interface with technical teams and other client IT platforms (SAP, ServiceNow, Jira) on data integration activities and support ticket management

  • Supporting SIT/UAT testing cycles and defect resolution management

Come As You Are - Your Skills And Characteristics
This opportunity is a great fit for you if:

  • You have around 3 years of experience on Oracle projects, with hands-on expertise on Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning) and familiarity with Tax Reporting modules
  • You have also gained experience on Oracle ERP Cloud (GL, AP modules) and, ideally, on Oracle EBS R12 environments
  • You have a good understanding of planning, budgeting and financial close processes, with the ability to support the translation of business requirements into EPM solutions
  • You have experience in application maintenance, ticket management and L2/L3 support, as well as in end-to-end implementation projects (requirements, configuration, testing, go-live)
  • You are familiar with managing integrations between Oracle and other enterprise platforms (SAP, ServiceNow, Jira)
  • You are comfortable interfacing with key users and external vendors, ensuring quality and continuity of support
  • You have a good command of English (written and spoken) and are available to travel within Italy

Nice to have:

  • Experience on Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting projects (AR, AP, Project Management, T&L)
  • Knowledge of scripting/coding tools (SQL, Groovy, Essbase)

Mission
Through hands-on projects, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies the IT Back Office System Intern will have opportunity to work within IT Back Office team and together with the related supported Business Functions (mainly Finance and HR), sharpening communication, collaboration and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Accountabilities & Learning Areas
Supporting the IT Back Office CoE, the intern will have opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop innovative solutions for business challenges, in particular about Enterprise Performance Management (EPM);
  • Participate in business planning process evolution and related IT programs (Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, COGS, P&L Planning, what-if analysis and their connection points with Reporting and Variance Analysis);
  • Assist in the analysis of digital solutions, with the main focus on SAP solutions (Sap Analytics Cloud, Data Sphere, S/4HANA) and related integration with Microsoft PowerBI and DataBricks;
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions;
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in Finance, HR and other Back Office areas;
  • Complete internal governance tasks as assigned by the IT responsible;
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices.

Learning objectives

  • Become aware of our organization's digital transformation strategy and vision, with particular focus on SAP Cloud solutions
  • Learn the current IT operating model;
  • Acquire the basics of Project management and Service management;
  • Understanding the principles of Business Analysis.
  • Learn basic knowledge and functionality on SAP SAC, the last frontier of EPM tools within SAP portfolio

What’s needed for a successful experience:

  • Graduation in IT / Engineering / Economics & Business Management programs;
  • Interest in Technology, Data, Tech trends, Automation and AI;

YOUR ROLE

At STMicroelectronics, we are accelerating the adoption of
Agentic and Generative AI
to fundamentally transform semiconductor engineering workflows. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the introduction of
LLM‑powered, agentic AI systems
into Front‑End (FE) digital design environments.

Your primary mission is to
design, develop, and industrialize agentic AI solutions
capable of reasoning, planning, and acting across complex engineering workflows. These solutions will connect
knowledge bases, design guidelines, EDA tools, and automated checks
to deliver guided automation, embedded quality guardrails, and measurable improvements in productivity and design quality.

You will work in close collaboration with digital design experts to ensure that AI agents are effectively grounded in FE design practices and can scale to industrial‑grade usage across ST design teams and sites.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Lead the design and deployment of agentic AI and LLM‑based systems for engineering workflows.
  • Develop AI agents capable of reasoning, task orchestration, tool invocation, and workflow automation.
  • Integrate LLM‑based agents with internal knowledge bases, coding/design guidelines, and EDA environments.
  • Define architectures for human‑in‑the‑loop AI systems with embedded quality, safety, and traceability.
  • Collaborate with design and methodology teams to ground AI solutions in real FE digital design use cases.
  • Contribute to the definition of metrics to assess impact on productivity, design cycle time, and quality.
  • Participate in the evaluation of internal and external AI and EDA technology solutions.
  • Support the industrialization, scalability, and governance of AI solutions in engineering environments.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Primary skills – Agentic AI & Software Engineering

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in AI/ML and Generative AI, with clear exposure to LLMs and agentic AI systems.
  • Practical experience with:
  • Agent architectures (tool‑using agents, planners, multi‑agent or workflow‑driven systems)
  • Prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and AI orchestration frameworks
  • Strong software engineering skills (Python, APIs, workflow integration, automation).
  • Ability to design robust, explainable, and scalable AI systems for industrial environments.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with existing tools and complex enterprise systems.

Secondary Skills – Digital Design Domain Knowledge

  • Good understanding of digital front‑end design principles (RTL design, structural checks, design quality).
  • Familiarity with EDA tool environments and design workflows is a strong asset.
  • Ability to work closely with design and verification teams to translate domain needs into AI capabilities.
  • Interest in applying AI to engineering productivity, quality, and design robustness.

What You’ll Bring
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of commercial insurance, strong analytical capabilities, industry expertise, and a passion for driving innovation to optimize portfolio performance and deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on large corporate industry portfolios.
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting principles, risk aggregation, catastrophe modeling, and reinsurance structures.
