Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Data Engineer pour intégrer notre équipe.
Votre opportunité
Rejoindre l’équipe Data & IA de Kering, c’est intégrer un collectif d’experts dont la mission est de permettre au Groupe et à ses Maisons de tirer toute la valeur de leurs données grâce à des produits, services, outils et activités de conseil dédiés à la Data et à l’Intelligence Artificielle.

Au sein de cet environnement, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception, le développement et l’exploitation de data products cross-domain, en mettant à disposition des équipes métiers des données fiables, cohérentes et correctement modélisées pour soutenir leurs décisions et leurs opérations.

En collaboration étroite avec les Product Owners, Tech Leads, Data Platform Engineers et les parties prenantes métier, vous contribuerez à la transformation de la donnée en datasets robustes, scalables et directement exploitables. Vous participerez également à la structuration et à la diffusion des standards de data et analytics engineering afin de renforcer la qualité, la cohérence et la pérennité des solutions délivrées. Dans une démarche d’amélioration continue, vous prendrez également part aux pratiques d’AI-assisted engineering en mobilisant les technologies d’IA pour accélérer les développements, optimiser les analyses et renforcer l’efficacité des équipes.

En tant que Data Engineer, vous contribuerez directement à construire les fondations data qui soutiendront les ambitions de transformation et de création de valeur du Groupe.

Comment vous allez contribuer
Vous rejoindrez l'équipe Data & IA, sous la responsabilité du Product Owner de la plateforme, et contribuerez à son évolution continue selon la vision produit définie.

Vos principales missions seront :
Construction et exploitation de data products
Concevoir, développer et faire évoluer des data products gouvernés et réutilisables, en batch ou en temps réel.

Modéliser les données en cohérence avec les besoins métier et garantir la performance, la fiabilité et la scalabilité.

Standardisation des pratiques Data & Analytics Engineering
Appliquer et promouvoir les standards de Data Engineering, notamment en matière de transformation de données, d’exposition, de tests et de documentation. 

Contribuer à l’harmonisation des définitions métier, des indicateurs et des pratiques afin de favoriser la réutilisation cross-domain.

Qualité, fiabilité et gouvernance des données
Mettre en œuvre des mécanismes de contrôle et de monitoring afin de garantir l’exactitude, la cohérence et la complétude des données.

Assurer la résolution des incidents data et des problématiques affectant l’ensemble de la chaîne de traitement.

Collaboration avec les équipes produit et métier
Traduire les besoins métiers en data products gouvernés et à ownership clairement défini. 

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Product Owners, Data Engineers, Data Platform Engineers et Data Architects, tout en contribuant activement aux rituels et pratiques agiles de l’équipe.

Modernisation de la plateforme et des pipelines
Participer aux initiatives de migration vers le Cloud, assurer la maintenance de certains flux legacy et contribuer à la réduction de la dette technique afin d’améliorer durablement la robustesse et l’évolutivité de l’écosystème data.

AI-assisted analytics et ingénierie augmentée
Exploiter les outils d’Intelligence Artificielle, tels que Claude Code, les copilots ou les solutions de génération de code, pour accélérer les développements et renforcer la qualité des analyses.

Définir les bonnes pratiques d’usage, mettre en place des mécanismes de validation des outputs, identifier des cas d’usage à fort impact et promouvoir une utilisation responsable et maîtrisée de ces technologies.

Excellence technique et partage de connaissances
Participer aux revues de code, documenter les solutions mises en œuvre et contribuer activement au partage des connaissances ainsi qu’à la montée en compétence de l’équipe.

Vos objectifs à 12 mois
Déployer plusieurs data products largement adoptés par les équipes métier et générant une valeur mesurable pour le Groupe.

 

Garantir un haut niveau de fiabilité, de qualité et de gouvernance des données grâce à la mise en œuvre de pratiques robustes de testing et de monitoring.

Contribuer à la standardisation des modèles de données, des KPI ainsi que des pratiques de Data Management et d’Analytics Engineering à l’échelle du Groupe.

Participer activement à la modernisation de la plateforme Data et à l’amélioration continue des pipelines analytiques.

Établir des relations de confiance durables avec les parties prenantes métier et devenir un(e) interlocuteur(rice) reconnu(e) sur les enjeux Data.

Promouvoir l’adoption responsable des pratiques d’AI-assisted engineering afin d’accélérer le développement, d’améliorer la qualité des livrables et de renforcer l’efficacité collective.

Qui êtes-vous ?
Vous disposez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire et

avez développé une expertise confirmée en Data Management et Analytics Engineering. Vous faites preuve de fortes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes, et êtes en mesure d’évoluer efficacement dans des environnements complexes et transverses. Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel et de solides compétences en communication, vous collaborez aisément avec des interlocuteurs variés et contribuez à la réussite des projets de manière proactive.

Sur le plan technique, vous connaissez les fondamentaux :
Diplôme de niveau Master (Bac+5 ou équivalent) en informatique, systèmes d’information ou dans un domaine connexe.

Excellente maîtrise de SQL ainsi que des pratiques ELT/ETL, avec une bonne pratique de Python et du traitement de données en temps réel.

Bonne connaissance des bases de données OLAP et OLTP, et expertise en modélisation de données analytiques ainsi qu’en conception de datasets métier.

Bonne compréhension des concepts Data Warehouse, Data Lake et des approches Data Mesh et Data Product.

Expérience significative des environnements Cloud, idéalement GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Composer/Airflow).

Maîtrise des outils d’intégration, d’orchestration et de transformation de données, avec une expérience des frameworks de testing de données. Une expérience de dbt constitue un fort atout.

Connaissance des pratiques de qualité des données, de monitoring et d’observabilité.

Connaissance de l’Infrastructure as Code (IaC), des pipelines CI/CD et des pratiques d’automatisation.

Bonne connaissance des environnements de production et des processus ITIL associés (Incident, Problem et Change Management).

Une certification Cloud ou Data constitue un atout.

En matière de méthodologies et de delivery, vous avez développé :
Expérience des environnements Agile à l’échelle et des outils collaboratifs tels que Jira et Confluence.

Capacité à évoluer sur des produits data complexes dans un contexte international et à collaborer efficacement avec des parties prenantes variées.

Sensibilité aux enjeux de gouvernance, de standardisation et de réutilisation des actifs data.

Sur le plan humain, vous vous reconnaissez dans ces qualités :
Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et d’esprit critique, associées à une forte rigueur et une attention particulière aux détails.

Capacité à communiquer efficacement et à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs techniques comme métier, en adaptant votre discours à votre audience.

Esprit d’initiative, autonomie, orientation résultats, curiosité intellectuelle et forte capacité d’apprentissage, avec l’envie de partager vos connaissances et de contribuer à la réussite collective.

Anglais courant indispensable. Le français est un plus ; si votre niveau n’est pas encore totalement opérationnel, nous vous accompagnerons pour l’atteindre sous 6 à 12 mois. L’italien est également un plus.

We are currently seeking a Data Engineer to join our team.
Your opportunity
Joining Kering’s Data & AI team means becoming part of a community of experts whose mission is to enable the Group and its Houses to unlock the full value of their data through dedicated Data and Artificial Intelligence products, services, tools, and advisory activities.

Within this environment, you will play a key role in the design, development, and operation of cross-domain data products, providing business teams with reliable, consistent, and well-modeled data to support decision-making and business operations.

Working closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Data Platform Engineers, and business stakeholders, you

will contribute to transforming data into robust, scalable, and readily consumable datasets. You will also help define and promote Data and Analytics Engineering standards to strengthen the quality, consistency, and long-term sustainability of delivered solutions. As part of a continuous improvement mindset, you will actively contribute to AI-assisted engineering practices, leveraging AI technologies to accelerate development, optimize analytics, and enhance overall team effectiveness.

As a Data Engineer, you will directly contribute to building the data foundations that support the Group’s transformation ambitions and drive long-term business value creation.

How you will contribute
You will join the Data & AI team, reporting to the Platform Product Owner, and will contribute to the platform’s continuous evolution in line with the defined product vision.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Data Product Development & Operations
Design, develop, and continuously enhance governed and reusable data products, leveraging both batch and real-time processing.

Model data in alignment with business requirements while ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.

Standardization of Data & Analytics Engineering Practices
Apply and promote Data Engineering standards, particularly in the areas of data transformation, data exposure, testing, and documentation.

Contribute to the harmonization of business definitions, KPIs, and data practices to enable cross-domain reuse and consistency.

Data Quality, Reliability & Governance
Implement monitoring and control mechanisms to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Investigate and resolve data incidents and issues impacting the end-to-end data processing lifecycle.

Collaboration with Product and Business Teams
Translate business needs into clearly owned and governed data products.

Work closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Data Platform Engineers, and Data Architects, while actively contributing to the team’s agile ceremonies and ways of working.

Platform & Pipeline Modernization
Contribute to cloud migration initiatives, support selected legacy data flows, and help reduce technical debt to improve the long-term robustness and scalability of the data ecosystem.

AI-Assisted Analytics & Augmented Engineering
Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools such as Claude Code, copilots, and code-generation solutions to accelerate development and enhance analytical quality.

Define best practices for AI usage, establish validation mechanisms for generated outputs, identify high-impact use cases, and promote the responsible and effective adoption of these technologies.

Technical Excellence & Knowledge Sharing
Participate in code reviews, maintain high-quality technical documentation, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and team capability development.

What Success Looks Like After 12 Months
Deliver multiple data products that are widely adopted by business teams and generate measurable value for the Group.

Ensure high levels of data reliability, quality, and governance through robust testing and monitoring practices.

Contribute to the standardization of data models, KPIs, Data Management, and Analytics Engineering practices across the Group.

Actively support the modernization of the Data Platform and the continuous improvement of analytics pipelines.

Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and become a recognized partner on Data-related topics.

Promote responsible adoption of AI-Assisted Engineering practices to accelerate development, improve deliverable quality, and enhance overall team effectiveness.

Who you are
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and have developed proven expertise in Data Management and Analytics Engineering. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can operate effectively in complex, cross-functional environments. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you collaborate easily with a wide range of stakeholders and proactively contribute to the success of projects.

From a technical standpoint, you master the fundamentals:
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong expertise in SQL and ELT/ETL practices, with good proficiency in Python and real-time data processing.

Good knowledge of OLAP and OLTP databases, as well as expertise in analytical data modeling and business dataset design.

Solid understanding of Data Warehouse and Data Lake concepts, as well as the Data Mesh and Data Product approaches.

Significant experience with Cloud environments, ideally Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Composer/Airflow).

Strong knowledge of data integration, orchestration, and transformation tools, with experience using data testing frameworks. Experience with dbt is a strong advantage.

Knowledge of data quality, monitoring, and observability practices.

Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.

Good knowledge of production environments and associated ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).

Cloud or Data certifications are considered a plus.

In terms of Methodologies & Delivery, you have developed:
Experience working in scaled Agile environments and with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.

The ability to contribute to complex data products in an international context and collaborate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.

An understanding of data governance, standardization, and data asset reusability challenges.

Danach suchen wir

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik mit mindestens drei Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung oder eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung mit mindestens fünf Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Umsetzung und im Betrieb komplexer Cloud-Infrastrukturen sowie im Aufbau von Landing Zones und Cloud-Plattformen
  • Fundiertes Know-how in mindestens einer Public Cloud und Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code, insbesondere Terraform/OpenTofu, sowie CI/CD, Git und automatisierten Provisionierungsprozessen
  • Sicherheit in den Themen Cloud Security, Identity-Access-Management, Networking, Governance und Observability sowie ein gutes Verständnis für hybride und perspektivisch auch Multi-Cloud-Architekturen

VOTRE PROFIL

Compétences requises (obligatoires)

  • Vous avez au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans le domaine.

  • Bonne compréhension des principes ITIL : gestion des incidents (Incident Management), des problèmes (Problem Management), des changements (Change Management) et des niveaux de service (Service Level Management).

  • Familiarité avec les outils ITSM tels que ServiceNow ou Jira Service Management.

  • Connaissances de base des composants d’infrastructure informatique : serveurs, réseaux, cloud et postes de travail utilisateurs.

  • Excellentes capacités d’organisation et aptitude à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.
