  • Üniversitelerin Ekonomi/Finans/İstatistik/Matematik/Mühendislik bölümlerinden mezun
  • Tercihen Bankaların Risk Yönetimi, Finans birimlerinde 1-3 yıl tecrübeli
  • Problem çözme ve analitik düşünme yeteneğine sahip, iletişim becerileri güçlü
  • Takım çalışmasına yatkın ve sorumluluk bilinci yüksek
  • İnisiyatif alabilen ve iş takibi konusunda başarılı
  • Python, SAS, SQL, MS Excel, PowerPoint programlarına hakim
  • İyi derecede sözlü ve yazılı İngilizce bilgisine sahip

Kredi Riski Planlama ve Karşılıklar Uzman/Uzman Yardımcısının Sorumlulukları Neler?

  • IFRS9 kapsamında kredilerin sınıflandırılması ve kredi zarar karşılık hesaplamaları modellerine hakim olmak, modellerin geliştirilmesinden ve hesaplamaların yapılmasından sorumlu olmak
  • Kredi sınıflamalarının yapılması ve kredi zarar karşılıkların hesaplanması sürecinde krediler, BT, modelleme, finans ve mali işler, hukuk gibi birçok birimle koordinasyon sağlamak
  • Kredi portföyü, karşılık seviyesi ve kredi riski verileri hakkında üst yönetimi bilgilendirmek amacıyla aylık raporlar hazırlanması ve bu raporlar kapsamında kredi riski ve portföyüne yönelik analizler yapmak
  • BDDK’nın kredi riski ve kredi zarar karşılıklarına ilişkin olarak taleplerin hazırlanmasından ve BDDK’ya iletiminden sorumlu olmak
  • Ağırlıklı olarak SAS ve SQL kullanarak müşteri bazında kredi sınıfı, temerrüt olasılığı, temerrüt halinde kayıp gibi önemli risk verilerin analizini ve takibini yapmak
  • Dış denetim firmaları, yabancı dış derecelendirme kuruluşları, TCMB, Bankalar Birliği, BDDK gibi birçok kurumdan gelen talepleri karşılamak ve bu kurumlarla yapılacak toplantılara katılmak

Role Description
The AI & Computer Vision Researcher will design, develop, and optimize algorithms for perception, recognition, and decision-making in robotic food delivery systems. Day-to-day work includes conducting applied research, building and evaluating computer vision models, analyzing data from sensors and cameras, and collaborating with engineering teams to integrate models into production-ready systems. The role involves prototyping, experimenting with new methods, improving accuracy and robustness, and documenting findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Istanbul, working closely with cross-functional teams to push the performance and reliability of OneSec’s AI-driven delivery platforms.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
  • Expertise in Pattern Recognition and Computer Vision methods for detection, tracking, and classification.
  • Experience in Data Science and Statistics for experiment design, model evaluation, and performance analysis.
  • Demonstrated Research skills, including problem formulation, literature review, experimentation, and publication or technical reporting.
  • Proficiency with relevant tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, C++/C, PyTorch or TensorFlow, OpenCV).
  • Background in machine learning or deep learning applied to real-world sensor data, preferably in robotics or autonomous systems.
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.

About the Job (Key Responsibilities):

  • Setting up business units P&L, budget, and financial forecasts referring to Consumer Finance product activities in compliance with shareholders’ profit share structure
  • Perform strategic studies and statistical analyses for Retail & Private Banking products structure sharing with Turkish and French shareholders
