Nous recherchons un·e Lead Data Analyst
pour rejoindre notre équipe Recouvrement

Dans ce rôle, tu seras chargé·e d’orienter la stratégie de recouvrement B2C en te basant sur l’analyse de nos données client et des opérations de recouvrement.

Pour cela, il faudra mesurer l’impact des actions existantes, construire des rapports d’analyse et proposer des orientations stratégiques pour améliorer les taux de recouvrement et gérer le risque crédit.

Tu accompagneras les équipes Recouvrement et Finance dans leurs prises de décisions et d’amélioration des processus de recouvrement d’Octopus Energy France. Tu reporteras à la Manager Recouvrement et Risque-Crédit, et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes recouvrement, ops et finance.

Tes missions :

  • Être moteur dans la
    mise en place de la stratégie
    et des priorités du recouvrement pour l’entreprise

  • Développer, maintenir et partager des reportings et des analyses data complexes
    en lien avec la dette, le recouvrement et plus largement la Finance pour Octopus Energy France

  • Être
    force de proposition sur  la mise en place des processus de recouvrement
    et des mesures de prévention pour garantir une excellente expérience client (par ex. : adaptation de mensualité, échelonnement de dettes)

  • Optimiser les décisions de crédit
    à partir de la données (A/B tests de workflow, décision de seuils)

  • Modéliser la dette
    en collaboration avec les différentes équipes Finance en France et Groupe pour du provisionnement

  • Développer la
    collaboration étroite entre ton équipe et les équipes Data France
    , et
    intervenir dans les instances de reporting
    auprès du COMEX France et du Groupe

Ce poste inclus également le
management direct
de 2 collègues, 1 Data analyst expérimenté et 1 data scientist : accompagnement quotidien, montée en compétences technique, évolution chez Octopus, etc.

Profil recherché :

Les essentiels

  • Tu as un
    solide bagage en analyse et pilotage de données
    , comme Analytics Engineer ou Data analyst par exemple ; idéalement dans les secteurs de la finance ou de la Tech,

  • Tu as 
    d’excellentes compétences sur la stack data moderne : Python

Tracking & Analytics (GA4)

▪️Bac +5 en marketing digital, data, informatique, statistiques ou équivalent

  • Design and improve data pipelines.

Vos missions

Au sein des équipes d'IVIDATA Life Sciences et en collaboration avec nos clients issus des secteurs pharmaceutique et biotechnologique, vous interviendrez sur des projets à forte valeur ajoutée, en tant que
Lead Biostatisticien Clinique
pour :

  • Incarner le référent statistique unique auprès des équipes projet et participer activement aux réunions cliniques et stratégiques
  • Rédiger et valider les documents d'étude clés : synopsis, protocoles, plans d'analyse statistique (SAP), spécifications de randomisation et shells TFLs
  • Superviser les activités statistiques sous-traitées aux CROs, en garantissant le respect des délais, des coûts et des normes de qualité des données
  • Co-rédiger l'interprétation des résultats et définir les messages clés en lien étroit avec les équipes médicales et cliniques
  • Contribuer activement aux dossiers réglementaires (Module 2.5/2.7, CSR) et aux publications scientifiques en collaboration avec les Medical Writers
  • Assurer la communication et la défense des résultats auprès des partenaires cliniques, institutionnels et des autorités réglementaires
  • Garantir la conformité de la documentation statistique au sein du TMF

Votre profil

  • Formation :
    BAC+5 ou PhD en statistiques, biostatistique ou informatique décisionnelle (ENSAI, ISUP, Master 2 ou Doctorat)
  • Expérience :

    6 ans d'expérience
    au sein de l'industrie pharmaceutique, d'une biotech ou en CRO sur un poste similaire, avec une implication dès les phases précoces du développement clinique.
