  • Define and evolve DevOps standards, patterns, and best practices across CI/CD, infrastructure, automation, and release governance.
  • Drive platform reliability and operational excellence using observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) and SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs, error budgets).
  • Provide hands-on support for complex issues, escalations, and critical deployments.
  • Champion DevSecOps by integrating security controls into pipelines and infrastructure (secrets management, IAM/least privilege, secure pipeline design).
  • Partner with Cloud, Infrastructure, Platform, Application, and Operations stakeholders to align delivery models and priorities.

  • You also bring the technical depth to stay close to the work. You’re comfortable stepping in to review architectures, guide CI/CD and infrastructure decisions, and support your team through complex issues or escalations. While you lead through others, you maintain strong hands-on awareness of modern DevOps practices and tooling, enabling you to make informed decisions, unblock teams quickly, and ensure platform reliability and operational excellence.
  • Above all, you lead with a pragmatic, results-focused mindset - developing people, improving how teams work together, and delivering consistent, reliable outcomes at scale.
